Stayed overnight after travelling on Wilhelm Tell express train. We had a standard double. Very clean lovely walk in shower very quiet. Breakfast was excellent. Lots of choice with fresh fruit included. The hotel is right across the street from the station. Food is expensive so good to check out Migros and Coop which are not far away. The only...

This hotel is nice, but it's definitely a minimalistic business hotel masquarading as luxury. There is a lot of things they have not figured out and overlooked. The rooms are tiny and dark, there are no wall sockets that are accessible close to mirrors. The bathrooms are nice, with great products but the shower leaks. The blowdryer is really really...

My sister and I chose this hotel due its close proximity to the train station. How convenient! This hotel has its origins in a different era, but has kept pace with the modern world. The staff were all professional and friendly, offering excellent advice from tourist attractions to transport to Malpensa airport. Our room was compact, but spotlessly clean and...

Traveling by train (Eurail pass) made this hotel very convenient as it is directly across from the railway station - so wheeled suitcase in hand, crossed to the street to home for two nights. Underway with two teens, I couldn't have been happier for the hotel to place us in a suite, even though it was on the top floor...

I was in Bellinzona for work. I had stayed at the hotel many years ago before it was refurbished, At that time it was badly in need of not just a new lick of paint. Well, upon returning, I see they have done a very good job, The hotel is well fitted out and the staff are very cordial and...

My daughter and I had a three night stay at this spotlessly clean, modern and central gem of a hotel. It was perfectly located right across from the station and an easy walk to central Bellinzona. We stayed in room 12b in the new wing on the back side of the hotel. It was tastefully decorated and quiet with a...

The rooms are of a good size, however the aircon didnt work particularly well so had to sleep with the windows open so there was a little noise from cars, etc. There is an incredible view of the mountains if you are lucky enough to get a...

The location is excellent It is opposite of the train station, close to the city center and in the vicinity of (very) good restaurants. The layout of the hotel is a bit akward, as it feels as if you are entering a school or government...
