We stayed at the Astoria for 2 nights in August to attend a friend's wedding in Arosa. The Astoria was recommended to us as our friends knew Ollie and Edith. We booked a 'nostalgic' room and it was really lovely! Our room had plenty of space, the canopy bed and furniture gave the room great character. We enjoyed having a...

My family and I stayed for two nights in difficult circumstances - our children had fallen ill and we couldn't stay in our original accommodation when we needed to rearrange our return travel. The Astoria had been recommended to us by friends so we chose it based on that. We couldn't be happier we made the choice. The owners, Oliver...

We spend two nights from August 3 to August 5 in the hotel Astoria. The room was excellent (comfortable bed) with a very nice view. The owners and the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful (also with parking our car). The hotel is situated near the center of Arosa (upper lake) in a very calm location. Very nice and...

I stayed in the Hotel Astoria for a couple of days in March for a short ski break and had a wonderful time. The hotel is conveniently located in the village centre, close to a variety of restaurants and only a short walk away from the ski lifts. My single room was fairly small, simple and dated, but very clean....

My husband and I spent three nights at Hotel Astoria and we had a wonderful experience! The hotel has such a warm and relaxed atmosphere and the breakfasts and dinners are delicious. The owners of this lovely hotel, Oliver and Edith, are truly the best at what they do. They provided us with excellent recommendations on hiking options and other...

The décor and views at this hotel are just what a skier dreams of when you book a swiss hotel. Nicely located in town and with a cosy yet comfortable restaurant. Menu was limited but everything we ordered was top quality and delicious. Hot tubs in the basement were my kids favorite. You can't go wrong at this hotel.

Just an outstanding stay here, from the lovely room with a balcony overlooking the mountains to the superb food and friendly staff. We stayed here for my wife's birthday and they made it very special (and even organised great weather for us...!) On a practical point if view, it's a five minute walk to the train station and cable car,...

This is was our second stay at the Astoria and once again Edith and Oli and their team went out of their way to make it a fantastic experience. We were met with a warm welcome and lots of smiles; the hotel was warm and the fire in the bar area was lit on the colder days. The rooms are...

Yet again the Astoria made the whole group feel welcome. What a team ! Not only was the hotel well located to get to the slopes, but the hospitality was first class. Oli and Edith couldn't do enough for us while the service from Thomas, Thorsten and Romana was alway attentive and considerate. Great food, great wine and we will...

The Astoria is a beautiful, family-run hotel situated within 5 minutes easy walk of the centre of Arosa, and the lifts up to the extensive area of skiing of Arosa Lenzerheide. Our warm arrival at the hotel was followed by a week of friendly hospitality, with nothing too much trouble for Ollie and Edith and their staff. The views from...
