Overall we had unforgettable stay at the hotel where its style is alpine and modern in the same time. The location was great with spectacular view. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We like the breakfast especially they serve different types of coffee upon your request. We got a family room but it was tight in the 3rd floor...

We had an amazing holiday at the Aspen hotel. It is a great ski-in/ski-out hotel directly on the ski run, located above Grindelwald with spectacular views of the Eiger. The whole hotel is designed in a nice contemporary, alpine style and our room was very comfortable and clean. And when the ski resort finally replaces the old cable car up...

First of all its expensive comparing with other hotels in the same range and level..and no elevator in the hotel even if you stay in 4rth floor ..and they charge tou extra 20 franc if you order room services and to pring it to you..and by the way the parking area is with charge..but on the other hand we were...

Stayed here at the beginning and end if hiking the Tour of the Jungfrau route. Fab hotel. Rooms modern and finished well. Attractive design and layout in the hotel generally. Staff all wonderfully helpful. And the food wonderful - the 4 courses plus amuse bouche each night were delicious. We will return. Thank you Aspen.

This is a very new hotel with super facilities. Further, the restaurant offers excellent cuisine. Rooms are a good size and the hotel is very well located to be peaceful, but in easy reach of everything. We found service levels were top quality with real family values across the team.

The facilities are very nice, the view is pretty (looking onto Grindelwald from the opposite side of the valley), but it is a drive so if you don't have a car---not sure how you will get into town. The breakfast is lacking and you will leave hungry. We had a fabulous room the last two nights, though there were 11...

Hotel is very contemporary and yet cozy, high class, stylish and yet very close to nature feel. Owner and staff are very friendly, helpful, and professional, always with a smile and "yes". Attention to details in room, decor, service, and meals. We also enjoyed the set dinner that come with the hotel package. Nice spa! The dishes were unique and...

Great location, helpful staff and very pleasant rooms. Would definitely recommend for a peaceful holiday. We travelled with family and enjoyed the meals, outdoor jacuzzi and service. They even had swimsuits on loan for those who had forgotten to get their own.

Recently stayed here for 3 nights with wife and small child. The place in in a small town slightly up the mountain in the Jungfrau region. The hotel is modern and very stylish. The room was spacious and we had an amazing view of Eiger mountain; it was surreal to wake up to the amazing view of the snow capped...

This hotel was excellent. It has great views of the mountains. Breakfast is excellent. We tried dinner and it was excellent too. The only downside is that its very far from Grindawald station. The first night we stayed there, we went down to the station area for dinner and we have to hike 50 minutes back up to the hotel....
