This chalet hotel is a true discovery with its unique sun terrace next to the ski slope heading down the valley, hiking passes on the doorstep and delightful, typically Swiss details to its interior. In the year 2012 a suite annex, together with a wellness area with outdoor whirlpool, were built and the hotel was completely renovated. This modern house in a rustic, chalet style puts importance on uncomplicated and innovative mountain tourism with close ties

We spent a week in this great hotel in a super Junior Suite, being able to work remotely and enjoy some skiing during break times. Food is great, wine list boasts some great discoveries - spa just perfect for a small break. Super nice staff & owner.

Elegant yet casual alpine retreat with great attention to detail. Ideal for both Winter and Summer breaks. We had a spacious and well appointed mini junior suite with direct access to the ski slope. The view was spectacular, no doubt higher level rooms would enjoy even better one. The staff were efficient and friendly, some delightful! Despite current restrictions, every effort was made to make you feel comfortable and at ease. Food was excellent!

A charming hotel, very modern and elegant who also kept a lot of traditional elements, such as wooden celling, fur blankets and decorations. A tiny road brigs you to Aspen Hotel which is located uphill and offers not only stunning 360 mountain view but also amazing views over Grindelwald and the whole valley. Very beutiful wellness an spa area. Here you can choose between three different saunas but what actually blew my mind was the outside whirlpool which had the most stunning mountain view ever. Aspen hotel is situated right next to the skiing slope heading down the valley, which also makes it a perfect place to stay for your ski holidays.

Aspen Hotel has a lot of charm and we were well treated by the staff. The hotel is situated at the foot of Eiger, on the road to Klein’s Scheidegg, and it has a beautiful view. Good dinner as well, although the menu could be a bit lighter...

Quite unusual that a 4 star hotel doesn’t have the lift to reach the 3rd floor. We do not know who had the idea to put a glass door for the bathroom of the room: no privacy. Breakfast not at the level being in the alps. Just in front the hotel there is a parking space for trailers and caravan: not exactly a nice panorama. Overall highly priced for what you get.
