Spent a few hours on the mountain. Not being a meat eater my options were pretty few, so when we made it into town, I stopped in here starving for something to eat before boarding a bus for a couple hour drive. I got a pasta salad with some veggies in it. It was very good. Maybe a little pricey,...

We had a very unusual room which had the beds on an upper floor. Seemed strange at first but it really grew on us so much so that we planned to request that room again next year. However, that cannot happen now as Kuoni are not doing any Swiss holidays after this year - most dissapointing.

This is a very nice hotel, good location, great breakfast, and friendly staff which is located steps away from the hauptbahnhof. Our room came with a large window and balcony overlooking the Eiger and the main square. The price was lower than one would expect for the 4 star hotel. Loved it. Easy access to the rest of this small...

It is located in front of the Grindelwald Station and in the ground floor of Hotel Kreuz & Post. They sold the world most terrible pizza, burnt to a charcoal, to 11 years old child. They thaught it was O.K. because she was a child. Even they did not apologize. Please never visit this snack bar.

Returning for my 5th time. Excellent staff, great views, best restaurant in Grindelwald and best locations for exploring the region. Never tire of this jewel in the Alps. Owner, Helena, is all over the hotel being sure everyone is being taken care of and are happy. Just a pleasing experience.

This was the worst hotel I've stayed at in 30 years. The staff was rude and dishonest. They told me my room was air condititioned, which was the only reason I booked this overly expensive hotel. The air conditioning was malfunctioning and they didn't care. But worse, when we checked in we learned of a music festivall in town. I...

We stayed two nights in this bustling village where there's lots to do. The view of the Eiger and the rest of the complex from our window was thrilling. The hotel is right by the train station so we also had the sights of busy tourists coming and going during the day. The staff was courteous and the waitresses in...

We have just returned from a wonderful few days in this hotel. From the moment we arrived until we left we received five star service. The receptionist Karen was so helpful and gave us fantastic advice as to.where we should go. The rooms were well furnished and spotlessly clean. We were in room 502 which has a terrace and a...

The hotel is close to the train station and that's a big plus for sure if you have luggage to carry. We had booked through booking.com and they made a mistake in communicating with the hotel that we had a child. The hotel staff was accommodating and we were able to get the bigger room by paying a bit more...
