This is the most beautiful hotel in Gstaad and staff are friendly with very good and relaxing service. The location is fantastic with lots of activities to do all year round also very close to city centre .

The hotel is a traditional style which although dated was rather quaint. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The room was lovely with balcony and plenty of room. The shower over bath was a little issue as it flooded every where. The breakfast was fabulous with fresh crusty bread and loads of choice. Great coffee and lots of...

Stayed here on our first ever visit to gstaad. Our travel agent booked after we asked for a hotel right near the slopes to go snowboarding. It was in a fantastic location, the reception lady was lovely (can't remember her name sorry) and our check in/out was smooth. The room was cosy and not crowded, bathroom was good, although could...

Celebrating 17years of togetherness @ this beautiful location. We stayed at the Alphorn for 2 nights and I'd highly recommend this hotel. We were welcomed by a lovely manageress who also helped us with some directions to the hotel. Warm & friendly staff who made our visit extra special. From breakfast to dinner, all the staff were highly attentive. The...

This hotel is at the base of lifts for a small section of the mountains. A bus runs to the other areas, and you can take a 10 minute walk to the next big area. The rooms are cute, typical older Swiss style. The staff were amazing & very friendly. The food in the restaurant was excellent. They made me...

We stayed at this hotel recently because the one we stayed at previously was fully booked and I am very glad we did so. Very convenient location right on the slope , close to Wispile , Egli and not too far from Glacier 3000. The room was beautifully decorated in traditional swiss style , was very quiet and had excellent...

The view from the rooms are spectacular! The breakfast is nice and the room is very clean! The interior of the hotel room is also very nice! Despite the narrow alley in the receptionist area and the small elevator you can definitely enjoy your stay here! It is quite close to Glacier 3000 as well!

We stopped over in this renowned town on our trip from Lake Geneva to the North Eastern part of Switzerland. This is a typical Swiss hotel/restaurant combination. where the restaurant/entertainment part may at times override the hotel guests interests. Unfortunately this happened to us on a Friday night, with a big dinner event creating an uncomfortable noise level past mid...

“Choose family rooms if you are 4 (Duplex rooms), and in any case make sure you have a balcony ideal for relaxing facing the sun. Book early as generally the swiss people book their week end there early in advance especially during swiss holiday periods!”
