Stayed in hotel Ecluse for one week. View of Neuchatel castle from my room was excellent. Location wise good as it is near to city center. Staffs were very friendly. Local transport was free, as they provide transport card valid for the duration stayed in this hotel.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 weeks. The hotel location is very good, near to city center and the staff is really friendly and mostly helpful. The reception should be open till 11pm, but sometimes you will notice that there is no one after 9pm. The advertised bar is very small almost not exists. I think is just put...

This is a basic hotel just at the edge of the pedestrian areas, and easy to walk to from the station (15 mins). Room 43 on the 4th floor has a standard double bed, a table big enough for 2 to eat and a little kitchenette. No view, but on the positive side it's quiet, at at back of the...

This is a fairly basic hotel offering modern rooms in a location close to the centre. The area itself has little to recommend it but you are 10 minutes walk from the town centre and look up at the chateau. I is proably cheper than the hotels down by the lake because of its location. The staff are helpful and...

Simple hotel with large room but very small bathroom, one of the smallest I have experienced. Simple breakfast, helpful staff. Not easy to find walking from railway station. Wifi. Acces by stairs to front entrance!

This was another business stay, during the first week of July '15. I took a punt on this.....because the price looked reasonable. I am very pleased that I chose it. Room 44 is right up in the eaves, with a perfect view across to the Chateau. The room was spartan, spacious and with a small kitchenette area too. I dropped...

The room was big and comfortable with big windows. It's not a big hotel so it is quiet and makes you feel at home. The location is very good, just behind the castle and the historical centre. The breakfast was OK. The staff was very kind.
