Excellent hotel near the lake and central Neuchatel. If arriving by train at Neuchatel train station one can take the funicular down to the lakeside (university station) and walk west 400mts. The hotel has been refurbished and has great finishings. Nespresso machine in the room/kettle and water. The restaurant on site is another plus

The view was awesome, and the hotel was beautifully decorated, and the staff at the hotel were so sweet. It almost deserve all "stars", were it not for 2 things: 1) The lobby smelled awful. Like someone dropped an entire perfume bottle. But it smelled like that all the time. It was a really "fake" smell, like chemical. You didn't...

The hotel is situated by the lake so it's really an enjoyable moment to have a lakeside breakfast. The interior design is modern and well furnished. I go to Neuchâtel for work so it's really a nice place for accommodation and recharge before work. Highly recommended.

A rare 5-star rating from me for this modernised hotel just by the lake. The interiors may seem a little overdesigned but our stay was comfortable and, by Swiss standards, very good value. Breakfast was fine, with good range of choices.

Renovated in 2015-2016, the hotel offers very good modern well-designed rooms. Excellent comfort. Very good breakfast with a wide range of options to choose from. Situated right by the lake in the centre of the city, offers a nice view either on the city or on the lake.

The hotel is very central and as such offers easy access to the main areas of the town. Recently restructured in many parts, has nice rooms, some with lake view and on site there is a good bar/restaurant. Parking might be tricky, the places are limited, but there are numerous paying spots in the vicinity anyhow.

We had a great sushi lunch at the hotel's restaurant. The food and sushi selection was very good, the service was very friendly and efficient. We had a table by the window which offered a beautiful setting with a view right on the lake.

Stayed for 5 nights in a spacious room on the 6th floor (deluxe - No. 630) with a beautiful view of the marina and lake. Despite the lack of visibility for much of the time (to be expected at this time of the year), we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and had one day of sunshine. The staff were friendly, the...

Stayed for 2 nights in this hotel. Rooms are clean and big enough. Free parking outside the hotel and during your stay you make use of the public transport for free (you'll receive a ticket in the hotel) and you can even rent a couple of bikes for free to explore the city. Breakfast is good but not that luxurious...

This is a lovely hotel! Location is in the heart of Neuchâtel right on the lake! The hotel is friendly, bright and clean and the rooms reflect this. They were comfy and the shower was phenomenal rain shower. Had I ask for an iron and ironing board but that was a small thing! Get a room overlooking the lake. One...
