The room was cramped, but fitted with many amenities, including fridge and coffee maker. The bathroom was especially cramped, and our exhaust fan did not work. No conditioner was provided, just squeeze bottles for soap/shampoo. The bed was fluff and a true king (other hotels in Switzerland tend to have two twins next to each other). Ceiling fan.

I had a beautiful single room on the top floor with a small balcony overlooking the clock tower and roofs of old town Lucerne. The room was simple but lovely and completely clean, didn't feel cramped and had a free Nespresso machine. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful and the restaurant very good. Can't beat the location.

This small hotel is only a dozen steps from the scenic riverfront area of Lucerne. It's only a ten minute walk from the train station and is conveniently located in the picturesque Old Town area, which we spent many hours exploring. The rooms are clean and modern, with a small bathroom. We paid extra for a larger room, but found... More

We stayed here for 2 days and I must add a very centrally placed hotel. Walking distance from the station and in the heart of the city. Nice clean rooms. The Italian restaurant within the hotel was really good. Highly recommended!

Our stay at this hotel was pleasant for the most part. They gave us a free upgrade to a very nice room. The breakfast was also very extensive and filling. The only problem was that there is no a/c which we knew in advance. But in September, it was in the low 80s. So we had to sleep with the... More

Liked this very much: attractive, clean, comfortable and super central. Nice clerks at reception, even at midnight when we arrived. The flipside is that it was noisy because we had the window open. (Windows seem pretty soundproof.) Our room (204) was on the small side, but we didn't have any luggage or mobility issues. Lovely smelling hand soap and shower... More

Was in Luzern for one night, this hotel was easy walking distance to and from the train station and perfectly located along the water in old town. The room was nice with a balcony and a comfy bed. The restaurant has good food, try the fungi and beef lasagna yum! Breakfast was included and there were wonderful cheeses and croissants... More

This place is only about 5-10 mins walk from the main train station, where there are also lots of shops and a supermarket. It is only 1 min walk to the famous bridge and the waterfront is just a short walk away. There was a market along the waterfront on a Tuesday morning, also Saturdays I think. The room is... More

We spent 3 nights here. Our room was quiet, but very warm. There is a fan which we had going the whole time. The location is excellent. It takes 10 minutes to the railway station. We can walk to the chapel Bridge from hour hotel in 5 minutes. The morning breakfast offers fruits, cereals, soft Cooke eggs, cheeses, meats and... More

Short walk from train station which is a big plus. Concluded our Europe vacation here with a three night stay (Sept. 11-14). There is no A/C and the weather was in mid 80's so the room was warm. The ceiling fan moved the air enough to sleep fine. The hotel was quaint and very clean and the complimentary breakfast was... More
