Stayed for several nights to visit Lucerne after Christmas. The hotel was the perfect base for wandering and the rooms were newly refurbished, on the small side but well fitted out and ticked all the boxes. The on site restaurant did a great breakfast and the street side view made for interesting viewing of the passing traffic, and the snow!...

We stayed here as part of our Trafalgar Tour, fantastic hotel with beautiful, clean modern rooms, the staff couldn't do enough to help and were very friendly. We only eat breakfast but it was with best on the whole tour (15 days with only Paris to go) real scrambled eggs and everything fresh. Brilliant location, just a short stroll into...

We were told upon arrival that this Renaissance location is the smallest in the world. My husband is a platinum member with Marriott and needless to say we have visited several of the chains locations. I must say this was the best yet. I have ever felt more welcomed by a hotel staff! We were staying at a Ritz Carlton...

Not as large nor as elegant as some of the Renaissance hotels, but very nice and a great location. Close to Chapel Bridge. Excellent restaurant on premises (Mexican but also mix of German and Italian). Room was good size and very comfortable bedding. But, best of all, the most welcoming and pleasant staff of any hotel I have visited. Everyone...

I was on a swiss vacation with my son. This hotel was the perfect base to explore Lucerne. Just 3-4 mins walk from the train station, rooms are spacious and good. Good spread at breakfast. Nice and courteous staff. Would always recommend!

We stayed here for 3 nights after a river cruise and thought the staff was extremely helpful and always greeted us with a smile. They always had suggestions for places to eat (Pfistern for cheese fondue is a must do) tours to take and even helped with the train schedules. The location was FANTASTIC! We could walk everywhere and it...

We stayed at this location for 2 nights during a 2 week tour of Europe. The location is excellent. Within just of few minutes walk of the Central train station and the Chapel Bridge and Old Town. Our room was clean and nicely appointed. The reception at the front desk was handled efficiently by very pleasant staff who spoke fluent...

We just visited the beautiful city of Lucerne and everything was great. We stayed at the Renaissance Lucerne Hotel and our experience was great. The staff was very friendly, our room was spacious and quiet, the only inconvenience was that it does not have a lounge like other renaissance hotels, the gym is too small, only one treadmill so if...
