What a disappointment ! From the nasty man at reception when we arrived, to the VERY small room with one bed when my reservation clearly stated 2 twin beds, to the extremely noisy location. Had to have the police called about a student party going on in the street below our window the first night. Only saving grace was a...

A bit pricey, but then again, everything in Lucern is. Very clean and comfortable accommodations. Note the hotel does not have air conditioning but they do provide fans. We were very comfortable though even in July. The breakfast which is included was excellent. Definitely would recommend.

Quick speedy check in. Booked a single room but was upgraded to an apartment at check in. Lovely man from reception gave me a map and marked the main hotel and the apartment building then showed me to my apartment. Showed me around and explained that wifi and the coffee machine was complimentary. Only downside is the apartment was on...

The hotel was an easy walk from the train station, albeit on cobblestones and up some steps, so be careful with luggage. The lady at the desk was happy to conduct my check-in in English and even complimented my pathetic attempt at German. The room was cute with a lovely view of the city and also had a desk and...

Situated in the Old Town in a pedestrian precinct, it is quicker to walk from the station than to get a taxi. It is a delightful building in an historic square. We had two joined twin beds, suitable for very good friends, in a reasonable size room overlooking the square. Free wifi with no login needed. Didn't appear to have...

After severe difficulties with finding a hotel in Luzern (book well in advance if it’s a possibility for you) my friend and I opted for the most expensive Best Western I’ve ever stayed at. While the location is great in the old town, the breakfast okay, the room clean (but basic as BW usually can be), wifi free and the...

Well kept hotel in the very heart of Luzern's old town. Rooms were surprisingly large for a city location in Europe. The hotel has a small staff but they are all extremely friendly and helpful in making our stay enjoyable in the hotel and for advice touring this beautiful city.

I stayed here for 2 nights with some friends when following the Saintees in Europe. This is a decently priced hotel in a really superb location in Lucerne. I would say it is at the top end of the budget hotels. The location is superb in the Weinmarkt and everything is only a short walk away - whether tourist sites,...

This hotel was in a great location. It was right in the middle of old town, and was walking distance from everywhere. The staff were really and helpful, and breakfast was included. The one down side was that there wasn't any A.C, and the rooms were a bit small. but overall, it was a good experience

This was our first stay in Luzern. It was a little difficult to find by car, but we found it nonetheless. The hotel is clean, comfortable, even though room size is on the smaller size. The service is great, and there is valet service available for the auto. The location is excellent, with a range of restaurants and grocery stores...
