This hotel was just what we wanted for a short weekend city break where the hotel supports the experience but isn't the essence of the break. It is situated very central to the shopping areas, just a few minutes walk from the train station & 5 mins from the lake, and whilst basic, was very clean, with really friendly &...

The location is very central and a short walk from the station, lake and old town. The breakfast room and breakfast are the best bits the bedroom and bathroom need attention, good value. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

I had the occasion to join a first time guest at the hotel for breakfast. Helpful service aside from the buffet, clean and modest. Well located near train station for access to airport and to the center of town.

Perfectly placed near the train station and the water and bridges across the water . The hotel reception was very friendly helpful and efficient . The breakfast was good , a small selection of hot food , plenty of breads , cheese , ham, toast and coffee , fruit salad etc . The room was the right temperature , a...

The hotel is close to the station and within walking distance from the old town. We stayed in Room 20 which has a street view and my children were put in the furthest bedroom from ours, but at least on the same floor... Room 25, which had three beds and is at the back of the hotel. The fittings, cupboards,...

Very nice and clean, good breakfast, polite and helpful staff. Location was fantastic, near to train station and to centre of Geneva. Biggest problem was the heat in the room, couldn't sleep due to the hot room.

This hotel is certainly not the most fancy one in Geneva, but then it is just across the street of the Manor where you can pick up some chocolate or some sushi if you are up for a snack. The staff was friendly and breakfast adequate. My in room safe was locked and the key I received from the front...

I liked that it was a central location close to shops and restaurants. the staff were really pleasant too. However , i also felt that it was quite basic for the price, I guess because its Geneva :) Good thing is, it was also quite and a very beautiful waiting lounge.

Booked through Hotels.com at a great rate during the off season. Very centrally located hotel within 2 min of the water and many shops. Quick check-in and gave us advice on places to see also presented a free public transportation card for the entire stay. Very close to the main train station. Nice rooms with plenty of space. Would certainly...

We booked this hotel during our stay because it's the only one available that has a central location during that time. But it was really really pricey at more than CHF 700 per night. The room is on the small side and old. No view. Basic toiletries. No complimentary breakfast. For the same price, we booked the Hotel d'Angleterre when...
