The Hotel d'Alleves' main strength is nice bedrooms. Quite spacious (for Geneva hotels) and thoughtfully decorated giving a slight heritage feel. On their own the rooms might merit the hotel a good rating, but with a small reception area and no other common areas (apart from the breakfast room), there is no area to socialise or relax in, which is...

I have stayed in this hotel more than 10 times now, always for three nights. Frankly, I do not know if I like it, it is pretty aseptic. Certainly there is nothing to complain about. Rooms are spacious, calm and clean. Service is good and helpful. Decoration is a bit outdated to my taste, but maybe some other people find...

Service was outstanding, rooms a proper decent size, and the morning breakfast was plentiful with hot food made to order. Please note this hotel is not handicap friendly (stairs everywhere). There is no bar in this hotel, but plenty near by.

Location: station, lake, old city - all within walking distance. The rooms are quiet, clean, comfortable. Internet - no problem. Breakfast - excellent, just exceptional in quality fresh juices. The staff is very helpful.

We were pleasantly surprised on arrival to Hotel d"Alleves, Sophie was there to greet us at the front desk, to show us our rooms and she also provided us with a lot of information about the area and its amenities. The hotel is in a lovely quiet street a short stroll from the river. I loved all the art pieces...

We stayed for two nights at this hotel and were very impressed with the overall product it provides. The property itself has been superbly renovated and fittings and furnishings are lovely and the artwork throughout adds a very special feel the property. The bedroom we had was very generous size, lovely bathroom, great shower and good sized bath. Nice touches...

This is a compact hotel with some heritage features and very high tariffs but close to the main geneva station in one of the by lanes. Given the small reception and breakfast area, the rooms and bathrooms were surprisingly spacious with an old world feel to them. The bathrooms were more stylish than the room. The ceiling and some of...

Having stayed here on more than twenty occasions I must commend the team for their total consistency, friendliness and warmth. This boutique hotel is centrally located in a convenient close to town location. Generally it is quiet and well located for the lake and shops. The reception team are always warm, cheerful and efficient even when the hotel is fully...

This was class from start to finish and. The breakfast was amazing the room was very luxurious with a little terrace but the helpfulness of a reception girl called Johana is to be noted. Up to the point where she organised everything whilst we were driving there, ran to get us change for parking, even carried heavy luggage upstairs in...
