Nice staff. Very good breakfast (not included). Good bed. Boring rooms. No doubt you are in a hotel. Not value for money. No atmosphere. Staying another place next time I am in town. Good restaurants nearby.

Geneva is full of hotels, some ridiculously expensive, others just expensive, most not really affordable for ordinary people. Given that qualification, Hotel d'Alleves is as good as it gets in Geneva. It is a charming, family-run hotel with a lot of class and comfort. Its refurbishment has been tasteful and practical. I love this hotel. It is a ten minute...

Stayed in this hotel last week and enjoyed my stay very much. The reception staff are very professional, helpful and friendly. The hotel is small and cozy with a boutique feel. The rooms are more traditional than modern but very spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was very nice with lovely toiletries. I did not have breakfast at the hotel. The position...

The hotels in downtown Geneva have a wide quality range from very poor to excellent. Price tags won't help you much as all are quite expensive. Hotel D'Alleves is in the middle price range but really delivers well. It is an old fashioned style but nicely updated so that everything is really fresh and comfortable. You feel like at home,...

Hotel is located a short walk ( less than 10 min ) from the train station. On arrival, greeted by very professional, but friendly front desk staff. Prior request for extra pillows filled before we entered the room. Complimentary fruit basket and chocolates were a nice touch. Modern rooms with all conveniences - air conditioning, mini fridge, safe. Very nice...

Room, breakfast and staff were very good. The hotel's location is a short stroll from the Station and a 15 min walk to the old city center on the far side of the rivers. We found significant noise disturbance at night to the front of the hotel , unless we closed windows and keep the A/C on. If hotel management...

We loved our stay here. The staff were so helpful every time we needed their help. Well-maintained. Very clean. Wonderful complimentary breakfast. The only caution is that the air conditioning is not very cool for westerners who are traveling East.

A superb hotel, 2 minute walk from the lake and 5 minute walk from centre of Geneva. From the moment you walk through the door you are made to feel special. Every member of staff went that extra mile to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Don't bother with the Kempinsky or the Mandarin Oriental...this place knocks spots off them.

While in Geneva for business I discovered a cute little hotel, newly renovated and with a staff providing a warm friendly atmosphere. Breakfast was great each morning with staff members overseeing every detail. My poor French was tolerated with a smile. The hotel is close to everything from Old Town to the train station. I will be back next year!

Thank tguelich .
