I stayed in room 214 on the second floor which was very peaceful as it faces a side road and what looked like a small playground. The room looks a bit dated with dark furniture. Limited English TV channels. Lots of lights including a reading light. Bathroom was well lit and walk in shower that delivered a strong spray of water. The bed was comfortable. A small issue was that after the first night the room attendant left used coffee pods - they were not replaced nor the bottles of complimentary water in the room. (I put them in the bin myself and they were replaced the next day) I have stayed in this hotel before so they are excused as I stayed when there were few people in the hotel and there was a feeling of fear from the staff at reception because of Covid 19. When I left on the 16th March a state of emergency was declared in Geneva. I wish for all the staff to be safe. When I am in Geneva again I will not hesitate to stay at the Tiffany Hotel.

This is a beautiful hotel to stay at, very modern inside but still with some of the building's older charm. We stayed in the Deluxe Room which was stunning. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room included a desk and seating area, a large bathroom with toiletries, dressing gowns, and slippers, and a Nespresso machine. The buffet breakfast is worth adding to your booking, the quality of food is very high and everything is presented beautifully. Great location with easy links to the old town, or you can walk if you want as it's close by.

My wife and I and our friends spent a magical week here in the middle of July. We were welcomed by a very nice staff and it got better from there. The deluxe room was well appointed and while not large, had everything that we needed. The bathroom was spacious by European standards. The bed size was large and the pillows were so nice that I ordered them for my wife and I. The room was also quiet and allowed for pleasant sleep every night. We used there laundry service and it was very quick and very professional. The breakfast was included and worked well for speed and selection. It is also located in a unique location that is off the bustling center but close enough to walk to every part of Geneva easily. All I can say is that staying at the Tiffany Hotel was a perfect way to enjoy everything Geneva has to offer and at a great value. We will be staying here again whenever we get the opportunity for business and pleasure. Great boutique hotel ❤️❤️❤️

I was very happy with my week long stay at the Tiffany Hotel. My room on the top floor (5) as requested, was quiet and well appointed with all the amenities one needs, including toiletries, slippers, robes. There was a mini bar fridge, snacks and bottled water if desired. The bed, pillows and bedding were extremely comfortable and fresh. Housekeeping was outstanding. The elevator goes to the 4th floor with stairs to the 5th. If mobility is an issue, book a room on floors 1-4. I do not like large hotels and this small, hotel with an intimate and charming "lobby" was both efficient and friendly. There was always an attentive and helpful staff member at the desk. All spoke English fluently and all were polite and thoughtful in demeanor. I needed assistance with document copies and printing several times and the staff provided that service promptly without hesitation. I did not dine in the hotel cafe, but had the breakfast buffet the morning of my departure to be assured I would not be delayed in a neighborhood cafe' at a busy time of day. The breakfast included meats, pastries, cheeses, salmon, yogurt ,cereals, fruit, coffee, and attended by a server who was very helpful. I will definitely stay at the Tiffany the next time I visit Geneva.

Dear valued guest, Such a pleasure to read your glowing comments on your experience! We truly appreciate your kind words towards our Reception and Restaurant team. Regarding our elevators, we have three in total in different parts of our hotel and only one of them is located the historical part of our building. This one goes until the 4th floor instead of 5th. Of course, our team is more than happy to assist with luggage. We look forward to the pleasure of welcoming you back in the near future! Warm regards, The Tiffany team

On the whole good, if a little expensive. Cosy room with good range of features, but comes with a few problems. Air con was not especially effective, was fairly humid and loud whilst running; WiFi was slow and required re-entry of the password several times a day (cheaper hotels such as B&B, Ibis, MotelOne provide better service here); bedding was not very breathable; no desk chair in the room (single room) making work awkward; shower doors did not close properly; during may stay two things stopped functioning – power sockets and the plug in the sink got stuck (thanks to house keeping), however both issues were resolved very quickly and professionally. Breakfast was good. Daily top up of free water in the room would be a nice touch. My room was on the street side and the car wash at the end of the street was loud during business hours. As long as the windows were closed, the room was very quiet.

Dear valued guest, Thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience. While we are glad to know that you enjoyed your overall experience, we regret to read some of the aspects fell short of your expectations and we are sorry about the issues encountered during your stay. For more comfort during your future stays, we highly recommend a larger room, located in a different part of our hotel. We do refill the free water daily, maybe our team just missed to do it in your room and we applogies for this, but of course, you can always request a refill. We hope to have the opportunity to welcoming you back very soon. Warm regards, The Tiffany team

Small quality mid-priced (for Geneva) hotel in very good location with excellent service. Room at the front was quiet with full opening doors onto a small balcony was just what we needed. Will be our hotel of choice when visiting Geneva in the future.

The Tiffany hotel is a small and cozy hotel in a wonderful location. Just quiet enough to get home from work but close enough to be in walking distance from the city.

The reception staff has been welcoming and friendly without exception during the months I have stayed here this year.

Points that could be improved
- the older rooms directly under the roof are in need of renovation
- personally I prefer steam irons, which the hotel has, but not always
- the breakfast seems very ... "french", and as such, a little overpriced. Other hotels in the same price class in Geneva offer either free breakfast, or breakfast for the same price, but with more options

The air con functioned poorly, the room was hot and I could not sleep. Huge disappointment in a hotel of this price category. I have stayed in cheaper hotels during equal heat waves with perfectly functioning air cons (and thus cool rooms). For compensation, a fan was taken to my room (which of course could not cool down the room) and I was offered juices from the minibar. Rather a joke than a compendation.

Small room with no posibility to charge the phone by the bed.

Excellent stay in this tastefully decorated hotel.
The staff is pleasant and attentive.
The single room is spacious enough for one person, the clarins products available in the bathroom are very appreciated (and these are not samples).
The breakfast is varied and plentiful, the room service dinner excellent.
The hotel is quiet, we are not disturbed by noise (customers or staff), so a relaxing night.
Central location, you can do everything on foot.
I am delighted to have discovered this establishment which I will not fail to recommend.

They gave me a room on the fourth floor, with views of terraces and rooftops of the city, it has its charm. Spacious room and bathroom. I don't understand why they don't have the option of decaffeinated coffee for breakfast and if you ask for cocoa they tell you it's extra.

Hi, we emailed the hotel the week before we arrived. They emailed me the travel voucher & QR code the day before we arrived at the hotel and we were able to use it for transport from the airport to the hotel. The transport system is fantastic and so clean and punctual.
