Great location and beautiful room was very spacious considering European standards, with many large widows so even though there was no air conditioning the room was fresh. Sleeping is a problem if you are sensitive to noise however, as the traffics and outdoor noise is quite loud all night !

This is a nice hotel. The staff is great. The is no airconditioning, so I think i will be to hot for in the summer. Bed are good and the room is clean. There is an elevator. The location is good, you can do al the sight seeing by foot.

I walked to this hotel after arriving in Geneva at midnight, with my luggage. Ten minutes. Old fashioned elevator and tall ceilinged rooms, large open windows, a feel of old Europe. This budget hotel has rooms on several floors so expect a few steps. WIFI.

As we were simply passing through we chose a budget hotel and I suppose that is what we got. Very basic and without character or any attractiveness. The staff were pleasant and the rooms small but clean. Would choose a different hotel next time.

We decided on a whim to spend a night in Geneva, and most hotels were full. We were a group of 3, and were able to get a three person room for a very reasonable price. The room was really spacious, the location is good, and the staff was friendly. Obviously not a fancy hotel, but we were very happy...

Basic Hotel with a great location in the heart of Geneva - 3 to 4 minute walk from the Cornavin train station and 3 to 4 minute walk to the waterfront of Lake Geneva. Tourist information centre is very close(1 minute) and good restaurants around. Rooms are ok, clean with comfortable beds. Free wifi and free transport card is given....

Geneva was booked solid for some conference or other but found this perfect little 2 star close to the station and at a perfect price (at least for Geneva). Room clean, shower pressure strong and a colour to thrown in - what more do you want?? Ideal for anyone travelling on their own or with a not too fussy partner

Hotel Lido is a very well placed hotel, since it can be easily reached by walking from the main station. The building is quite old and the rooms are not particularly fresh. In the end, it is a reasonable place where you can spend some unassuming night in Geneve.

I stayed at this hotel last week and for a 2 star hotel I was impressed. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. It was only a 5 minute walk to Starbucks, and restaurants as well as the train station connecting to the airport. However the complimentary toiletries were extremely limited to 1 little sachet of shampoo, and...
