We stayed twice at this hotel during the month of March. It is situated in one of the best of Geneva's neighborhoods , near all shops, restaurants, the grand park along the Leman lake and practically in the Old Town. The hotel has an old world charm with a small but beautiful hall decorated in a quaint Swiss style ....

I never stayed at the La Cigogne Hotel, but, since it is centrally located in Geneva, I noticed it often. However, I have dined at their cute, elegant restaurant many times, and have always been well satisfied. I'm normally a red meat eater, but, at this restaurant, I always order a delicious "Dorade" -- a seared gilt head bream filet...

Appalling lunch, poor decor. Dry skate, pityful starter and miserable desert. Our guests, who chose different mains, were equally unimpressed. It is almost impossible to find a decent restaurant in Geneva that offers some privacy between tables.

Ideal location, extremely polite staff, very very clean, spacious rooms. Should offer a far richer continental breakfast though! In the very heart of commercial roads, few steps from old town and the lake. Among the most friendly staff I have ever met at a hotel. Breakfast not up to the standards of the hotel. Poor.

Lovely small hotel well located but not on the lake. Had two adjoining rooms which were extremely comfortable, well appointed and beautifully furnished. Beds were superb and bathrooms appeared to be recently refurbished. Nice lounge area with fireplace.

A different alternative to the major chains for this quaint hotel with distinctive rooms. Located in Place Longemalle, it is perfectly located for access to the Jardin Anglais, the flower clock, walks by the lake (on the Jet d'eau side) but also access to the Old town and and the shopping area of the rue basses (rue du march/croix d'or/rhône)....

The hotel is centrally located. near to the lake. shops and restaurants. I have been staying at this hotel for the last 11 years and every time I go the staff make feel at home. Charming people from the person in charge of the rooms, I should say the manager, to the reception staff, the evening receptionists, bar and cleaning...

We spent 2 nights in this hotel in December 2015 around Christmas time. For Geneva is was a quiet time so we got a good rate. The Hotel is small and it is in a great location right near the shopping area, old town and also walking distance to lake and train station. The rooms were nice, cosy, good bed....

Our experience in this hotel exceeded all expectations. The meeting point for the commencement of a family reunion was made more special by the facilities available for our grandchildren (aged 3 1/2 and 16 months). The rooms were large and magnificently decorated. Staff were welcoming and exceptionally helpful and efficient. We dined in the room and the meal was superb....

Very classy boutique hotel in a well located part of Geneva. Rooms are on the small side but still comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast was high end continental with the option of a hot breakfast if required. You will be paying top dollar for your stay but if it's class you want then it's value for money.
