Very short trip indeed that over ran my birthday, beautiful accommodation, junior suite, super attentive staff and a very good restaurant to boot, it had to be as our next table companion was Michel Roux senior and what a gentleman he is, actually spoke to us as he was finishing. We were given fantastic help by the staff, even free...

The hotel is in a superb location. Its right next to the old city, you can walk everywhere. The rooms were very dated. They must have been very nice about 20 years ago. The furniture was in-between old and antique, and pretty worn looking. The bed was an awful lumpy mess, the pillows were terrible. Interestingly, the bathrooms were great,...

Extremely comfortable hotel few steps away from the old town center. Close to main attractions. Comfortable rooms. Even fireplace in the room. Bathroom amenities from VRAI by Fragonar. Nice service. Value for money )

This is a nice hotel and the the location is great, but this is not an amazing hotel, as the review suggest. The staff are not friendly or helpful, we asked for a nice room , with a view , stressing it was our 30th anniversary . The hotel appeared empty and yet they gave us a room with a...

What an amazing find in the heart of Geneva. Hotel was booked by my sister in law and really thankful as would have never found this gem. Location superb (maybe a bit too close to Chocolatier Auer :-)) staff was super friendly, cordial and went out of their way to assist. Room was sensational and breakfast just what was needed...

I come to Geneva a lot on business and this is the perfect place to stay if the budget affords it. Central location, friendly staff and that lovely warm feeling you get when you step inside. The added benefit of having use of the gym around the corner is great as well as an array of places to eat. Well...

Great hotel. The bed was huge and I must say, regal. I felt like I was a king. Look at the pictures. And an ornate, huge fire place. If you have little kids, they would love to stay here for the room alone.

Lovely comfortable hotel, good service, nice food. Perfect for a city escape when comfort and location matters. I've stayed in various hotels - this one is my favourite. I appreciated the catalogue with some special meals from chefs (and suggested the travel routes) - very nice suggestions!

I have been staying here for 15 years and on one occasion I lived here for a month! The service is amazing, the professionalism of the staff is exemplary. But for me it is the rooms. This is like staying in the private townhouse of the Duke of Savoir. The rooms are all individual and over the years I have...

Centrally located at the heart of the old city of Geneva. The staff welcome you as if you are part of the family. Sounds to me as very discreet. Nice small resturant which I have enjoined only morning breakfast. Good value for the money.
