Concrete ugly building, the hotel is on 2 of the floors, plus reception and breakfast room at ground floor; the rest of the building hosts other businesses. Central position, really near the castle, so you can enjoy a nice view from the window. Large room, including armchairs and sofa, and big bathroom with 2 sinks and a real bath. Good... More

There are better hotels in Thun. But we just came across this one and stayed there. The hotel is located a few minutes walk from old town circus (Rathouse). Rooms have a gorgeous view on Thun's castle and the mountains. Breakfast is good with nice variety of sausages and cheese. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Sleep quality is good. Bath... More

I stayed in a single room in July 2014, The room was very hot with no air conditioning. The bathroom in my single room was very tired and looked like 70s decor. There was also a lot of road noise from outside. Breakfast was ok and rooms were clean and basic. Location of hotel is a 10 minute walk to... More

tayed at this hotel as part of a cycling vacation, where you cycle from town to town. The bike company reserved the hotels for us and delivers the luggage to the next hotel every day. As a one-day hotel it was OK, but I don’t think I would want to spend a longer vacation here. The hotel has some good... More

We stayed a few nights and found it to be clean with an excellent breakfast. It is well sited at the top of the old town with easy walking access to most places. the main criticism is that the rooms are in need of refurbishment or at least re-decoration. However, the main aspects are fine and we would stay there... More

The rooms were very old and not very confortable Rooms had little fridge, which was nice. We lost our luggage during the trip and just our luck, the rooms did not have any bathroom necessities. The staff was nice and helpful and the location of the hotel was good. Just a few minutes walk to the river. WiFi cost 45... More

The hotel room was fine, but overlooked a round-about which was noisy. The room had no air conditioning so we need to leave the windows open to stay cool. The result was a less than acceptable sleep.

I stayed at the hotel Elite on several occasions over the last two years. The hotel is excellent value for money. Staff are always very friendly and helpful. On one of my visits, arriving early in the morning without a booking (due to a family bereavement), the staff went out of their way to accommodate me. The hotel was fully... More

This Minotel-linked hotel is right across from guidebook recommended but eerie Hotel Emmental, but from the moment our taxi pulled into the motel-like porte cochere we thought "oh no." The building is industrial, dated and old, and while the reception staff was very helpful, once we got into the double room we'd booked that actually had two twin beds, my... More
