We stayed 7 nights in Iris Hotel visiti Perugia. Iris was very clean and the room and bathroom were very spacious. The staff were very helpful, friendly and welcoming. Wi fi worked well. We had a lovely experience staying at the Iris and would definately stay there again.

Stayed 2 nights in this pretty little hotel. Older and quaint, looks like bathroom was added on later. Was clean, which is the most important thing - would have given it a 4-star rating but we were not impressed with their breakfast, which was expensive at 5 euro per person. Overboiled eggs with a clogged salt shaker, some pastries, and...

I stayed in iris hotel for 2 nights, visiting Perugia. I've had a very good experience. The hotel has a lot of character, being situated in a big mansion with a nice, huge balcony where you can sit and relax, looking at the view. The location is perfect. Right near the escalators. 2 minutes to the main attractions in the...

We stayed 3 nights, to see Perugia and Assisi. The Hotel Iris was good value for the price and was clean, comfortable, quiet and in a good location. The wifi worked well. It is nothing fancy, but made a good base. The fact that Richard Wagner stayed there in 1880 is an interesting footnote for the history/culture buff.

Just spent 2 nights here but I wish I spent a few more days in and near Perugia (very under rated place for tourists but that's probably a good thing for a lot of people). Pros- - 2 of the workers I met (of the 2) were extremely helpful. My cell phone USB got damaged so I couldn't charge my...

Very convenient location for the old town of Perugia and the main bus terminal to hill towns of Umbria. Warm and welcoming atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean, warm and convenient, bathroom - spacious. Great value.

This is a fantastic hotel and great value for money. It is in a beautiful building in a very convenient location for the old town of Perugia and right near the main bus terminal. My friend and I stayed in two different rooms (both the same price), a twin on the second floor and a double on the first floor....

I stayed at iris hotel for 3 nights and me and mg friends felt great there. The old building is impressive, one of our rooms was pretty small but everything very clean. Staff friendly, great terrace in front and decent breakfast. I would say it s good value for the money and I would return there. I had a great...

The room was a good size including the bathroom and with nice views, staff members were friendly and helpful and there was free Wifi in the room with really fast connection. Location is the winner though-about 2 minutes walking to escalators that take you up to the city centre and 2 minutes walking from bus station. If you have a...

When we arrived at the hotel we thought it looked lovely from the outside. At check-in I had to say no! to ordering breakfast about 8 times as the guy really wanted us to spend extra for breakfast. The room itself was cold, dirty and smelly, uncomfortable bed and unfriendly staff ugly rooms and the smallest tv.

Dear Richard B, first of all, let me say thank you for being our guest and for your appreciation about the external view of the building. I can say Hotel Iris really looks lovely, and not only from the outside. I'd like to suggest to possible customers to have a look at the rooms before ordering a reservation. It can...
