we have 3 Superior double rooms with terrace (panoramic view, air-co, safebox, minibar, kettle, private bathroom) the rate per night goes from 64,00 to 98,00... it depends on the period! The wi-fi is free. For the parking we have authorization card for free blue-strips along the street. The breakfast is optional (continental buffet inside or in the garden Euro 6,50; just brioche + cappuccino/tea/coffee in the internal bar Euro 2,00) The rooms are quite small, 16-18 mq.
