The hotel could not be situaded better. Near to the old town and near to The street Corso camillo benzo Cavour a nice shopping street. We could parc at the front of the hotel for free. After an early flight we got the keys of our room already at 11 o' clock which was so nice! The rooms were perfect....

We stayed at Hotel Rosalba whilst visiting the Umbria Jazz festival. What a great event & what a perfect little hotel! Charming hosts, lovely room & in the middle of a heat wave the very cool air conditioning was greatly appreciated. A great night's sleep after a day of wonderful music in the town, followed by Tony Bennett & Lady...

I stayed only one night there. It's very near to the city center (only 8 minutes by walking) and the proprietor is very friendly . There is also a nice pizzeria around. Room is clean and quiet, we slept very well :)

Only spent 1 night here but wished we could have stayed longer. Really nice room super shower and VERY helpful guys( I take it they were the owners) helped us find a restaraunt which was good. Even though the weather wasn't too good we enjoyed Perugia.
