Great location to stay and explore the old part of the town. Difficult to locate as stairway and old lift situated at back of entrance concealed by a flower shop as mentioned in previous reviews. Best way is to take a taxi from train station - difficult to walk uphill with luggage for 1/2 hour (or bus station) as it...

Not a problem to find as long as you have the address. Elevator entrance is tucked away at the back of the flower shop hallway. Very warmly greeted by Roberto who insisted his English was not good, but still much better than my basic Italian! Room was a good size with traditional style furnishings. Impressive shower pressure for an old...

The stars it gains by being well-located don´t matter if you find bad people running the place. The guy responsible for receiving us really lacked service-attitude and good manners, he was cold and offensive. I would never go back there. It is absolutely difficult to reach the entrance, the elevator is as small as can be, there are a lot...

Location good close to Duomo and square II Campo. About 10 minutes’ walk from intercity bus station. Rooms clean, sheets and bed comfort, but the sink with no stopper could see some gross stuff there. Staff spoke limited English. Breakfast offers cold cut meat, cheese, bread. Follow the street number 15, and you would not miss the entrance with florist...

We are really sorry for the misunderstanding about the city tax. As did you book a double room single use on the scedule of booking it was write two person instead of one person. And the receptionist thinking you was two in the room asked the payment for two people.

This little hotel, only a couple of minutes walk from Il Campo, is most comfortable. Our room, complete with ancient ceiling of hand made bricks and big old tree trunks, was attractive and comfortable. Bathroom was excellent. This is just a great place to stay, our view from the third floor was wonderful, ancient roofs and bustling streets below. Breakfast...

The hotel is right in the center of Sienna, a 5 minute walk to the Duomo and the Piazza Campo. It is on the 4th floor and very quiet. There is an elevator to take you right up to the lobby. The bus to Florence is about 10 minutes away, though the train station is not convenient, as you need...

We stayed in the Superior room & and really loved it. The decor and ambience were very charming. There was a daybed sofa, refrigerator, and small table. Wifi not great in room but much stronger in common area ( armchairs next to reception) The room had interior shutters, which helped block out the noise and the light. Continental breakfast is...

Everywhere we went in Italy, we were greeted with grace and a welcoming smile except for this hotel. The staff was sullen and uninterested in helping and the room was dark and dingy. Just a couple of better light bulbs would have made the place nicer. The entrance to this hotel is from an elevator that goes up through a...

This hotel was simply adorable. To access the hotel you enter through a florists, and then up a couple of flights of stairs. We were immediately greeted by an exceptionally helpful staff member. All staff members were incredibly accommodating, going far beyond regular customer service. The rooms were quaint, breakfast was sufficient, and the hotel itself is quite centrally located...
