It was raining upon our arrival Oct 17 for a one night stay. Lorenzo met us at the car with umbrella in hand. Couldn't have been more welcoming! This hotel is amazing!! The charm, decor, views and the owners. We were so impressed with this place. Old world feel and in immaculate condition. A short bus or taxi ride to...

The hotel managers are fantastic and they treat everyone like royalty. They are helpful with transportation, things to see, places to eat....anything you ask. This is an exquisite building with every room a little different . Ours had a breathtaking view over the beautiful Tuscany landscape as well as Sienna. Our rooms wall and ceilings were beautiful frescos, a good...

I was fortunate to have spent the last 6 days of my 3 week Italian adventure in the Palazzo di Valli. It was quaint, easily accesible to town and Lorenzo and Giaccomo are two of the nicest and down to earth human beings I have ever met. They could not do enough for us. I would highly recommend you stay...

The owners of the hotel, Lorenzo and Giacomo, are priceless. They bend over backwards to ensure a fabulous experience. They are always available to offer help or recommendations for tours, dining, shopping, transportation, etc. We just spent 6 nights there and came home 4 days ago. Siena is an excellent location to use as a base for exploring Tuscany &...

We spent three days staying at the Palazzo di Valli and loved it. The hotel dates back to the 14th century and is charming. The staff were absolutely wonderful and more like mine hosts than hotel staff. If there are any down sides then it is the fact that apart from the delightful terrace there is no where to sit...

During our recent travels to Siena, my husband and I chose to stay at Palazzo di Valli and we were happy with our choice. This is a charming property on the outskirts of Siena with beautiful grounds, a lovely outdoor patio and stunning views of the countryside. It provided a welcome, more authentic alternative to the larger hotels we had...

we and another couple stayed for a week in late September. We selected it based on trip advisor ratings and truly enjoyed the time we spent there. The two managers focus on their clients and that is all the difference. They offer a great breakfast and cappuccino to start your day. Jockomo had great tour advice and we visited wineries,...

The hotel was wonderful. The room was large, with great views. Breakfast was delicious with tables outside overlooking the Tuscan countryside. It is a 10+ minute walk to the plaza with hills, but Siena has parking lots located around the city making it easy to drive within a short distance to the historical sites (some lots have escalators to the...

When we left Siena and this hotel 2 years ago, we knew that we'd return. This time we brought along our adult children. It felt great walking up the stairs and into this lovely place once again. Just like our last visit we were blown away by the history and beauty of this hotel. And just like last time, we...

The Palazzo di Valli is a piece of paradise just outside the old walls of beautiful Siena. Lorenzo and Jockomo are gracious and professional owners and treated me like royalty. The single room I had was tasteful and comfy, great mattress and pillows. The view from my room was breathtaking Tuscany, and the grounds are beautiful. Tables and chairs are...
