A number of rooms in an old palazzo, ours, the green room had a wonderful breeze, clean, cheerfully decorated, and quiet overlooking the interior courtyard and big trees. Breakfast was across the courtyard in the old dining room which is very charming. Camilla Masignani, the owner, was friendly and very helpful.

Palazzo Bruchi is a true B&B gem in the medieval town of Siena! Our room was clean and bright, beds were comfortable, and the private bath was spotless. Breakfast consisted of a choice of cereal, a croissant, meat, cheese, assorted tarts, tea, juice, and cappuccino. Atmosphere was superb -- the ceilings in this ancestral home are fresco, and the dining...

The B&B fronts on a street busy with shops and traffic (primarily pedestrian traffic), five minutes or so on foot from Il Campo. But once you're inside and go to the courtyard, you realize you're on the very edge of the city, as the courtyard overlooks the countryside. The rooms, while clean and cheerful, are pretty standard. Breakfast, however, is...

We loved our stay in Palazzo Bruchi in May 2010. The room was spacious and the view from the window of the valley and the city wall was beautiful. The breakfast was one of the best we had while in Italy. Also enjoyed the internet access in the common room and the laudromat just down the street. Would definitely stay...

SIenna was beautiful and so was the Palazzo Bruchi! We had the superior room and it was - wow - huge - like something out of a movie! Camilla was helpful and sweet.

Before I go in to the details, know this- we booked the Superior Fresco room. It was the best room, the best service of our entire trip. The room is a sight in itself- with paintings on the ceiling, extraordinary views of hills/valleys/old buildings. The bathroom is huge- larger than some of the hotel rooms we had in other cities....

The proprietor, Senora Masignani, greeted us warmly and shared her local knowledge. My room and bathroom were large and well appointed. My favorite experience was entering the palazzo through its huge double doors, walking through the area where horse-drawn carriages would have waited in the past, and entering an open courtyard--with fountain--overlooking lush vegetation. Breakfast included cereal, toast, croissants, meats...

This is truly a great place to stay, it is only a few blocks from the Campo. There is an internet place and a laundry mat in the immediat neighborhood. The ceilings in the common room was frescoed!! You get the sense of a very old home here, we loved it. They also served the most hearty delicious breakfast in...

We stayed at Palazzo Bruchi to celebrate our anniversary. It really is like staying in a palace because the room was wonderful with an incredible fresco on the ceiling, fantastic view over the beautiful countryside surrounding Siena, comfortable bed in the room with ensuite bathroom. Breakfast was delicious with a choice of a warm croissant, coffee, fruit, cereal, yoghurt, fresh...

I stayed three nights in September 2008. Unfortunately the rooms 'with a view' (as described on hotel internet) were all booked out so I had opted for the small green room less a view... on arrival the reason I discovered it didn't a view was becasue it didn't have window. Just a very sophisticated remote controlled sky light window. Not...
