What can you say about a hotel, where the first thing you get when you come in from a cold night and a five hour train journey, is a wide beautiful smile and a warm handshake? This is a superb little hotel, with cute rooms, a great breakfast, and a staff which is willing to h elp you with a...

we had a great experience with staff at this hotel, Julia was a saint and helped us with printing tickets to Uffizi, where we were headed the next day. Overall, it is a great stop, when in Siena, very close to center, clean and priced well. It has a small parking in the back. Recommend it to all budget travelers,...

Grazie!!! Dear Guest, really many many thanks for this review that repay reception guys for their good job. Giulia thanks you personally and I’m pleased to confirm that yes…she’s very close to become saint and also the title “babenissimo” is something about her, isn’t it? Let’s hope you’ll come back to Siena and you’ll choose staying with us again. Kind...

Reception staff were very friendly and helpful -couldn't ask for more. Rooms were very smart and clean (we stayed twice during our Italy holiday so experienced 2 different rooms) and without doubt the largest room of our entire holiday. Breakfast was generous. The distance to the main attractions is a bit of a walk -especially if staying for a few...

I stay a night in the hotel. If you take the escalators from the train station, it only take 10min from the station and also it is 15 min working distance from Campo. The exterior looks tidy and clean, reception is bit small, however, staff has very nice attitude and works efficiently. My room was 102, on the graound floor,...

Dear Guest, many thanks for leaving a review about Hotel Italia Siena. The room you mention is a standard one, one of our “veteran” rooms, and you’re right, they need some renovation, it’s for this reason that they’re cheaper. In case you’ll come back please be informed that we also have superior and executive rooms and that in January we...

We stayed two nights at the Hotel Italia in Siena. We arrived by car, and were provided parking on site. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast is provided in the restaurant. It is an easy 30 minutes walk to Il Campo and the duomo cathedral. We would stay here again when visiting beautiful Siena.

I booked this hotel after reading reviews on Trip Adviser and I was very happy with my choice - all of the staff were very helpful.
