We stayed 1 night at hotel's loft room, very basic but clean. We had a window, hence we had some sort of view over the roofs of neighbouring houses. The main pull factor for us to select this hotel was the countryside view from courtyard, since it was highly raved by many guests. The view definitely didn't disappoint! We had...

We stayed here with our two teenage sons and were delighted with everything about this friendly hotel. The room was beautiful, with many antique furnishings and original decorations that made you truly feel like you were in a palace. The lounge upstairs is particularly lovely, and several times we were lucky enough to hear someone playing wonderful music on the...

My wife and I spent two enjoyable nights at the Palazzo Ravizza. The room was large and had a good, modern bathroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were good, with many choices. The only negative was the machine that dispensed eight or ten different combinations of coffee, water and milk. Surely, a hotel of this caliber...

My wife and I spent two nights in August at the Palazzo Ravizza. We were on a driving tour of tuscany. One of the main reasons for chosing Palazzo Ravizza was the fact that it had a gated parking lot behind the hotel yet was located in the walls of the old city. We had a second floor room overlooking...

Friendly, helpful staff in a great location. Walking distance to the duomo & heart of downtown, and a lovely garden w/ views of the hills in the back. Large & airy rooms, decent breakfast, and brunello on tap. A perfect mix of city access and tranquility. Highly recommend it. (There were 4 of us - my wife and 2 school...

We stayed in a junior suite overlooking the garden. The room was rustic, charming and very spacious. The room had a large king size bed and a full size pull out couch with a separate table seating area. We sat outside in the garden with a bottle of wine and played cards one night. Just what I was hoping for....

This was a very charming hotel in Siena. We loved the view from our room, which was of the Tuscan countryside. Be sure to ask for a room with a view of the countryside overlooking the garden. It was very quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was nice (croissants were the best we had) and the garden where breakfast is served is...

A pretty hotel a nice distance from the hustle and bustle around the Campo and the Duomo. The highlight is a large rear garden looking out to the hills. Breakfast was served in the garden and this provided a relaxing start to the day. The superior double room was large and comfortable. The bathroom was a bit dated and small...

When we first arrived we were shocked at the size of the "standard" room we had booked, it is taller than it is wide and the bathroom was especially small. The building itself is well located but a bit run down. The receptionist could only be described as snooty. That said, location wise it is great (central for town and...
