It is a pity that, in addition to having such an unpleasant experience during our stay at your hotel, I also have to spend more time of my trip writing and describing this terrible review. We arrived at your hotel on Saturday night (8:30 pm) after we practically walked around because all the accesses were closed. When we checked in, Miss Linisiana reluctantly checked us in, giving us lousy information about where to park. It took us almost an hour to find a place despite the fact that your page and e mail says that you have a valet parking option. Completely false. Upon entering our rooms, we realized the terrible state of cleanliness and maintenance. In one of the bathrooms (room 401) the water pressure in the shower was minimal. The water with a smell of rust and old iron. The…

Lovely boutique hotel. Location is perfect, as it is close to all major sightseeing. We enjoyed the Palio, also as the staff gave us useful information om the race, timings and historical notes. Tks again, we will return. Andrea & Jana

Comfortable beds, clean and spacious room with small balcony and ensuite. Across from the main bus station in Sienna. Breakfast provided was abundant with a wide selection of food from cereal and fruit to cooked.

Stay elsewhere! We arrived at this hotel after nearly a week in Florence while on a Tuscany Food and Wine Tour. The rooms are small and hot, even by Europe’s standard. The worst parts of our stay were: 1) our shower did not drain at all. We had to use all our towels to absorb the water. My husband went to the reception desk immediately after his ankle deep shower to let them know that our shower did not drain. As it was late evening (22:00() our 1st evening there, the receptionist told him that there wasn’t anyone from maintenance present that time of evening but someone would attend to it the next morning at 8:00am. As our next day’s trip left at approximately 9:00am, I, too, had to take an ankle deep shower. Prior to leaving the next morning for our tour, my husband, again,…

It’s a great hotel, situated perfectly, small but nice rooms, but beds are to small for people over 1.90 meters. When we arrived the bar and restaurant were closed the complete day, but we were not told when we booked via the NH telephone number. Staff didn’t care and offered no solution, although we paid full price.

The room would not cool below 25. The internet speed for upload and down load was less than 4. The shower was cold. Unfortunately, I prepaid. I am on vacation and just wanted things to work. A hotel should not have so many problems. I spent too much time and emotional energy trying to fix a problem the hotel would just say “tomorrow” they will see what they can do. I don’t need solutions tomorrow. I needed them now. So sad. So bad.

This is a very fine hotel in a central location. Bus stop across the street with many restaurants nearby including the one in the hotel. Rooms clean and plenty big enough. Accommodating staff The house only drawback for us was the parking for which they charge 30 euros a night

Let me start by saying this hotel is in a great location -- walking distance to all the sites in the town centre. There are restaurants and shops nearby, a park next door and a weekly outdoor market right outside. The buffet breakfast (if you have it included) is also pretty good. Sadly, that's pretty much the end of the good news. We were part of a group that stayed there for 4 nights and it became a bit of a party game to figure out what would go wrong next. An elevator broke down, trapping people inside. The wifi didn't work at all for 2 days. Water came out of the tub taps brown. The hotel had no water at all for over a day! AC was not working in the building. Some room safes did not work. Paper products were skimpy, and when we called for more, nothing came. To…

The hotel is located in Sienna within walking distance to many good restaurants and the city square. Great location. But…. The hotel is very outdated. No USB outlets. The air conditioning was not working. The bar was closed in the evenings. 5 stars for the location but the hotels gets a 2 star for lack of updates and no working AC. Friendly and helpful staff.

Staff was very help, very personable, and efficient. In fact, they ate the redeeming feature of our stay. Biggest complaint is the air conditioning was broken our entire stay. It didn't seem to be a matter of importance or urgency.
