I apologize for seiyng only now your request. Anyway this apartment is at second and thirth floor and has about thirty stairs; however I have another very central ground-floor apartment ( 1 minute walking from Piazza del Campo) consisting of double room with private bathroom and private kitchen opening into private garden. I hope you consider this if you came to Siena in the future.
