We spent three nights at this lovely, historical hotel -- so well managed , with friendly staff , good rooms which are not luxurious but you have everything you need and the rooms are large. Breakfast was quite good too. The main advantage of this hotel is its location -- near the Duomo, important museums and arty gallery, Piazza Il...

Everything was managed well here. I picked it because the ratings suggested a well-run, clean hotel and a cheerful helpful staff. This was exactly the case. The room was relatively spacious (I was there alone and the room was a triple). It was quiet (my special request). It is not a new renovation but it is not a cookie-cutter hotel....

Stayed two nights in late September 2014 in Room 56: 2 twin beds, 1 king bed (Europe standards) Hotel Duomo is located within the city walls in an old building dating back to the 12th century. Once the home of the Loti noble family, it later became a birthing hospital, which may account for the labyrinth-like hallways. It contains 20...

Room was spacious and comfortable, and our request for a bath as well as a shower had been accommodated. There was a view of the Duomo from the bathroom. Outside the room there was a sitting/reading area which was effectively private. Breakfast was good. The staff were welcoming and friendly making for a very enjoyable stay.

Hilary, England I stayed three nights in room 51, which has windows on two sides with beautiful views of the Duomo and tower at Il campo. The room was clean and attractive and the bed very comfortable. The room overlooked a large rear garden and was very quiet at night even with the windows open. The hotel facilities generally were...

We spent one night in this hotel on a quick visit to Siena. Arrived in Siena by bus from Rome and got a cab to the hotel. The cab ride wound through street after street after street of this medieval village center city but when we arrived the hotel was perfectly located and a charming and easy walk to the...

The hotel is in a central location close to the Duomo. It is clean and comfortable. I had room 50 which is a single with a three-quarters size bed. The bathroom was modern and a good size. The towels were fluffy. There was no fridge in this room, although some rooms do have fridges. The window overlooked the rooftops and...

We stayed three nights in this nice property last August. Its location, very close to Siena's magnificent Duomo with its inavaluable Piccolomini Library and to Piazza del Campo, is worth the stay. The staff is friendly and accomodating. Rooms are on the large size and quite confortable. It is somewhat expensive but we would not hesitate to come back!

Wonderful stay in beautiful Siena. Great location, Piazza di Campo and the Duomo are a short walk and the Tuscan Wine School is two doors down. The front lobby is lovely and the large bowl of complimentary candy is a nice touch. The staff is warm, helpful and super friendly. There is a lift and the complimentary wifi could be...

The Hotel ist well located in the center of Siena. Although getting there is some kind of adventure (like any "limited traffic zone" in old italian cities e.g. Florence, Rome...), it is very well located in the centre (if you once found it) You can reach any important and nice place by foot and the hotel staff cares well about...
