This is a very pleasant hotel within the city walls and with a companion restaurant in the same building. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Our room had a magnificent view over the Tuscan country side. It was facing east so the sun rise was spectacular. The room was very comfortable and well furnished. Breakfast was OK and seemed par...

We were lucky enough to get a room with a shared terrace (between 3 rooms) which had the most fantastic view (the same as the restaurant has). We had our own table and chairs and sun loungers and there was normally no-one else out there with us so it felt very exclusive. The hotel is in a great location in...

Just inside the town gates and along the bustling cobbled road into the centre of the town, this delightful, family run hotel sits beautifully disguised between busy shops and its own restaurant. We had walked a long way and were given a warm welcome in English despite our attempts in Italian. We got to the room to find it all...

My husband and I stayed at this great hotel for 6 nights. The staff at Bel Soggiorno were very pleasant, helpful and accommodating. The room was small, but adequate and very clean. It was nicely appointed, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was updated and functional. We especially enjoyed our balcony, even though it overlooked the street rather than the countryside. It...

Hotel is in the greatest location in San Gimignano, only 5 minutes from the parking. Very expensive breakfast, beds were not comfortable and no real lights and no water pressure at the shower. was a little bit disappointing for our last day in Italy

Stayed one night at this wonderful hotel, the hotel is in the Main Street in San Gimignano, we had a family room for 4, and were really satisfied with the rooms, good beds, air condition and ceiling fans, and a good bathroom. And last but not least a fantastic view from both rooms. The only thing to complain about will...

We loved this hotel so much on our first visit four years ago in June, because of its so friendly welcome and beautiful view from the terrace at the back, that we returned for two nights in the week of our wedding anniversary. It was as good as before. I felt as if we could stare at that view for...

Great boutique hotel well priced, with large and comfortable and clean rooms. Centrally located to restaurants, shops and attractions. I highly recommend this hotel. Great restaurant with view of the valley, the breakfast is fabulous.

Nice little hotel by parking 1 and 2. Restaurant is awesome as well. It's got large rooms with comfortable enough bed and updated bathroom, although it's small-especially shower. We got room at top with view of valley. That alone is worth the trip.

The hotel is not far inside the main gate for San Gimignano, although you cannot drive to the front to unload. Parking can be a major problem in this town, even though there are large public car parks at both ends of town but, even if you can get a space, your car will be in the full sun -...
