Unfortunately this is the first time you feel the need to write such a negative review about a hotel that I have been not only and primarily for approaches but mainly for the rudeness of the owners' - officials ....not any knowledge of English but not also any effort servicing and not any interesting for their clients to try to...

All the basics you need, clean bathrooms and nice staff. If you want luxury this isn't it but it's absolutely perfect otherwise. Location is also fantastic. Walked from airport easily and a stone's throw from the tower and drinking spots.

Stayed here 1 night and now covered in more an 30 mosquito bites. It's Infested with them. I didn't see another mosquito in Pisa except for the hotel room! The bathroom drains had a strong odour and had to constantly run water in sink, bidet and shower to stop this. Surely staff as reported in other reviews. Avoid!

If you are in Pisa and this is the only Hotel available the simply sleep in the park - I am unaware of the libel laws in Italy but at the risk of attracting their attention I would say that the owner of this Hotel should be avoided at all costs! Despite a confirmed booking he immediately tried to swindle...

We arrived by car to the Hotel. We weren't aware of the ZTL - zones in the area so when we asked the man who stood in the counter it was really difficult to describe our situation about parking. I know we are in Italy and there is a lack of english, but I think that if you have a...

Basic room, clean with no charm and no love in it! Staff very dry and unhelpful quite expensive for the quality but we took it as we had no reservation and came in the evening.. no feeling to look for another accommodation.

Cecile Hotel is located near the Leaning Tower and no far away from the center and the train station. The staff seemed a little upset but we got a map and some tourist information. Room for 3 persons was quite spacious with comfortable beds and clean sheets. The bathroom was quite small with shower and bidet but with an unpleasant...

We stayed one night here - the guy on reception is not exactly a "people person" but did all the necessaries! The room was fine, basic and clean. Bathroom was nice and there was a ceiling fan to keep you cool. Location was perfect for visiting the Tower and centre of town - 0.5km to either and down a straight...

Before all the bad the ONE good thing was it's location. Very close to the center, everything was walking distance. Problem #1) Not all rooms come with bathrooms and showers. We knew that but it seems a lot of other people didn't. Problem #2) When we arrived we saw mosquito products and thought nothing of it until night time came....

I stayed 1 night in this hotel and it was fine. The staff don't speak English but they draw what they want to say ;) Typical 2 star. They have free WI-FI which works in the room. It's a 10 minute walk from the Tower and about 20 minutes to Pisa Centrale station.
