We stayed here for a week over Easter. The hotel offers a good breakfast each day although the difference in the last breakfast we experienced on the Friday to the ones preceding it was immense! I'm not sure what had happened but it was great on our last day- more choice, better set out and staff were really focused. It...

We were looking for a hotel in Pisa for 3 of us because my 10-year old wanted to see the Leaning Tower. We ended up booking 2 nights after seeing all the positive reviews here. What a good surprise! Everything is just so amazingly artistically designed and everybody working in the hotel is so nice. We had breakfast and dinner...

Really nice modern hotel, spotlessly clean . Staff really helpful, speak perfect English. Quiet neighbour just jump on the bus to the centre of town. You buy tickets at the restaurant on the corner, I recommend you eat there at night if you want local dishes surrounded by Italian

Hotel is nice and very modern. It was clean and quiet, beds where comfortable, elevators for upper floors. Breakfast was delicious, offering variety of food and drinks; staff was helpful and friendly, speaks English. Hotel is far from city center but there is a bus stop nearby.

I went to visit Pisa for a long weekend with 3 other ladies. Our hotel was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. When we wanted to visit Florence for the day the reception staff printed off the train times for us. Although the hotel is in the suburbs and a...

First time at this hotel . Very pleased with the room , it was spacious , very clean , and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful . The breakfast was great , with plenty of choice. The Bad: 1) Windows have no screens, and mosquitoes WILL come in your room. You need to open the windows, no doubt. 2) The room key slot to turn on the lights, is VERY loose. Sometimes you have put the key in five times till it "catches." And the lights keep going off by themselves. When you're in the bathroom,...

Consistently good in terms of service, facilities and great food too. I have stayed here many times now and it is still as good as ever. Good sized rooms, nice and clean. They have fixed the previous problems and the wifi now works great. I will be back.

We have just come back from a week end in Pisa with some friends. Since we were arriving late on Saturday night, we chose this place as it was not far from the motorway and they offered us an excellent rate. The welcome was very friendly despite being late at night. The rooms are modern and perfectly equipped for a...

The whole family liked this hotel. It was comfortable and quirky with great design features. We had adjoining rooms which were brightly decorated with large bathrooms and huge beds. Staff were friendly and we all enjoyed breakfast. Definitely recommended.
