My wife and I stayed here for one night on our way home from Florence (to see the tower of course!). Room was big and bed comfortable. Shower good but bathroom had an odd smell throughout the stay. Staff helpful but limited English in some cases - not a problem but an important point for awareness. Breakfast needed to be...

Staff helpful and spoke reasonable English. Room was clean but the shower door was broken, only stayed for 1 night, parking was fine able to park on the street opposite the hotel for 10 euros a night. Only a 10 min stroll to the Leaning Tower and all the sights. There is a courtyard garden which could be lovely but...

Stayed here as we made our way down to Rome. The hotel was in a good location, within about 5/10 mins walk of the tower- no restaurants immediately close by though. The hotel room was clean and tidy and the shared areas were lovely. We did have to leave our key and reception shut at midnight which meant we couldn't...

Good location on one of the main roads to the tower/cathedral/baptistry but that's about all we found to recommend it. We had the misfortune to stay in one of the garden rooms which was small and very ordinary - but with effective air-conditioning. The hotel reception area constantly smells of smoke. The garden needs gardening but was a reasonable spot...

Excellent amenities in the middle of Pisa. Very close to piazza dei Miracoli. Walking distance from the shopping streets. Beautiful garden. An oasis away from the busy streets. We had an excellent stay and certainly return next time we need a hotel in Pisa.

Don't be put off by some of the negative reviews on here. This is an excellent hotel. Yes there was some road noise but what else would you expect in the centre of a town. We arrived at 10am knowing that we couldn't check in for three hours, and we left our suitcase in reception. They said they would have...

Large room and shower room. Clean and bright as well as quiet. Elevator is slow but works well. Short walk to major sights such as Leaning Tower and river. Safe place to just wander around. Cheerful breakfast room that extends into the garden. Good place to bring. my wife next opportunity.

Smell of cigarette in the hotel. Woken up in the middle of the night by the TV of the cleaning lady that lives in the attic space. Had to go up and insist for the TV sound to be turned down. Breakfast was pretty disappointing. Would not recommend this hotel.

We were given a room behind the reception desk and were woken early each morning to people checking out. The room itself was very dark with a very unpleasant smell. You are paying for location with this hotel with the Leaning Tower of Pisa only moments away.

This hotel is really nice and very clean. Is very near from the tour, 5-10 minutes by feet. The rooms are big and the beds too. They have a little garden, very nice, there you can drink a coffee and to smoke. The breakfast is buffet and they have fresh fruits too. Is a very little hotel and we met...
