This hotel completely made up for the disastrous start to my birthday weekend break. The hotel I was supposed to be in had closed down and after a lot of stressful phone calls Expedia finally booked me here. The hotel is a beautiful, historic old building with an amazing roof

Great location! Recently stayed for four nights. Located within walking distance of the Leaning Tower of Pisa. The room was on the fourth floor (the elevator goes only till the third floor). Every day started with a view of the Leaning Tower from the roof terrace. The room was

The best thing to say is the great service. The reception keep the luggage and also advise the train and map with complete information. Also borrow us the umbrella for the raining day. The room is good enough for one night sleep for us which is walking distance to Pisa tower.

Stayed for a short break at the end of the Summer Season. The hotel is family owned, VERY clean and slap, bang in the centre of Pisa. The service was superb, not a shadow of doubt. The room we had (family of 4, 2 children) had no view, but you're in the middle of a medieval

Sorry for the delay in answering. We went for 3 nights and it was ideal. Pisa is quite small so you would still have time to go to Florence for a day or Lucca as we did. The airport is right on the edge of the city. Can't remember the exact price but 10 - 20 Euros rings a bell. We just followed the signs inside the airport. The hotel gave us a lift back to the airport or they will ring you a taxi. Top tip - go early to the Tower before the coach parties arrived. No queues and not too busy.

Hi. The hotel can provide a transfer at a cost. They told us to ring them once we had landed. However we got a taxi from the official rank which is well signposted from inside the airport. Can't remember the exact price but it was as advertised on the airport website. On the way back the hotel gave us a lift - similar price but we decided to use them as we could rely on them turning up at the right time! Basically one of the family took us in his car. Hope you enjoy your holiday. Gill
