My friend and I stayed in Pisa for 3 nights 4 days at this hotel. In short it was wonderful. The staff were very friendly, they gave recommendations to restaurants, bars. They gave us maps with how to get to the train station, how much it was and how to get to main attractions so thank you! I must also...

We stayed for 3 nights in March as a base for visiting Pisa and Florence. The hotel is a couple of streets away from the Tower and a 10 minute stroll to the train station. Our room on the third floor was quite small but clean and comfortable. The atmospheric wooden beam dissecting the bathroom was quirky and some might...

We travel a lot worldwide. My girlfriend reserved a room for the night as we flew in from London. The hotel is clean, quiet, and has great ambience. The staff are incredibly helpful. We speak no Italian and their English is quite good. The rooms are very comfortable and quiet combining old world feel with modern lighting and bathrooms. The...

Stayed for one night and was disappointed with the cleanliness of our room. The furnishings were very worn and the carpet had obviously not been vacuumed before we arrived as there was cigarette ash on the carpet by the window as well as other debris on the carpet. The room was charming in design and quite small which did not...

We stayed here in February 2017 for a 3 night break but due to an airline strike we needed to stay 3 nights longer, the staff were extremely helpful arranging everything for us. The Hotel is beautiful, the staff are the best, the breakfast to die for. Our bedding and towels were changed daily. The leaning tower of Pisa just...

Stayed for a few nights as a family of 4, with two teenagers in a suite which was perfect. Had 2 rooms, each with its own bathroom - one a shower, the other a spa bath, with interconnecting sliding doors. All the main sites were a short walk away, easily accessed in a few minutes. Beds and pillows were comfortable....

The free sparkling wine at breakfast was a bonus! Fabio was Fabuloso and very attentive. Room was comfortable. Perfect location for the tower but an easy 15 min walk to the main station for trains to Lucca & Florence. Lucca is 1/2 hr by train and Florence 1 hr both worth visiting.

First place we stayed at in Italy. Room was pretty though quite cosy. All things you would want - ie hairdryer, tv & excellent wifi. Breakfast was included in the price, and oh my! Sweet pastries, cold meats and cheeses, fruit, eggs, bacon, cereal ...delicious and different each day. They also had an afternoon tea in the 3rd floor sitting...

On check in we were moved from the main hotel to their overflow building (The Tower House?) which was not at all comparable to what little we saw of the main hotel. We had to walk our luggage round there - a fair distance on a hot August afternoon. As 'compensation' one of the rooms had a bathtub with some...
