It's a good and lovely hotel, 20 mins walk away from the Leanning Tower. The service is good and the breakfast is great! The room is spacious and very clean. We stayed only for 1 night. Definately will go back! Strongly recommend!

A charming character hotel with excellent facilities. Located in a quiet little corner of the old city and away from the main sights that are nevertheless within easy walking distance. Very helpful staff and a great complimentary breakfast.

Smashing hotel, not a lot to see in Pisa, once you've seen the leaning tower, but we took a bus to lucca which is a medieval town and it was really nice, before we took the bus to Lucca we took the tour bus around Pisa, (not worth the money) . Must say the hotel was excellant for us, we...

Finding the hotel was relatively easy. I arrived at Pisa station and asked a shopkeeper for directions and it was about a 10 min walk. I only stayed at this hotel for one night (arriving at approx 6pm and leaving at 5am the next morning). During the night, the room was very hot even though the air conditioning was on....

The hotel is in a small side street, which belies the spacious entrance. We were greeted by a nice reception and friendly staff. From there it was a little disappointing. A tiny lift took us to our room, quite small for a double and with a small bathroom. The room was very dark – it over-looked a small courtyard. The...

I've just returned from this hotel and it was absolutely excellent value for four friends staying three nights. We had a room with four single beds (two pushed together as a double but we asked to have them remade as singles and it was done immediately). The hotel was clean and fresh and well presented, the staff very friendly. The...

We have just returned from Pisa on 13th October stopping at Hotel Bologna. I booked through the hotel as I had read some reviews about small rooms and noise. I emailed the staff and paid the hotels rate of E139.00 per night as I thought this would insure us a decent sized room in the best part of the hotel,...

Arrived back at 3 and given room , what a dissapointment room...

Hotel Bologna is perfectly situated in Pisa; close to the railway and bus stations (both approx 10 minute walk); 5 minutes to the river and about a 20 minute stroll across to the Leaning Tower area. We have just come back from a 3 night stay at Hotel Bologna. We found the hotel staff to be polite and friendly, and...

We stayed for one night at this hotel booking two rooms. I thought the hotel was very good, the rooms a great size and very clean. The breakfast was good and I thought the service was great. The outside terrace was lovely. We sat outside one evening and could have easily sat there all night!!! The location of the hotel...
