I have read many a bad review of this hotel. I can simply give my own opinions from our short stay on the first floor in room 44, were the wallpaper had glitter in it!!! Key to the room did come with rather a large key-ring attached, however, the reception held on to the key whenever you went out so...

The hotel USP is its location, walking distance to the leaning tower and its complex. We could enjoy the leaning tower view from the window of our room, however the decor of the hotel looked little outdated and the bed seemed a little small. The guest service at the desk was friendly and welcoming.

great location, close to Tower and Field of Miracles. easy walking distance to all the attractions, restaurants, shopping, and bus stops. Charming traditional hotel, comfortable bed for good sleep quality. friendly staff, the guys on the desk were happy to answer our questions. good breakfast, quality produce and plenty of choice.. would stay again.

This hotel is very basic and I felt like checking out when we arrived but as someone else booked it did not want to embarrass anyone, needs to be updated and modernised .I suspect they may be in the process of doing this as on our 2nd night we asked for another room which was much cleaner and bright with...

This hotel has friendly staff and the location is great. No more than 200 yards from the leaning tower. Beds a bit small but I am not the tallest person in the world. We stayed one night so perfect for us.

Its a basic hotel don't expect too much , we stayed at 2nd floor room 62 front of the hotel overlooking the famous Leaning Tower , actually you can get a good shot from the window . This is the advantage of this hotel (a throw stone away ) . If you only visiting the place for a days it...

So disappointing. The hotel was in an ideal location, just two minutes from the tower, but the hotel was very neglected. The first thing you notice when you enter is the smell.cigarette smell strong .then the decor which could be classed ad charming iif it was only clean. The room we were given was nothing like the rooms pictured on their website....

My wife and I stayed here a while back. The hotel is about 70 meters from the leaning tower which we thought was terrific. Our room was tiny and the onsuite minescule but added to the charm of the place. We booked though Easyjet for £111 each which we thought was incredible for flights and bed and breakfast. The young gentlemen...

Boring hotel in serious need of modernization. Breakfast was poor (coffee was undrinkable) and walls are very thin so it is very noisy as cleaners start very early. Wifi didn't work in my room. One positive, it is very close the leaning Tower. Also lack of goodwill from this hotel. I booked through booking.com 3 hours before I arrived only...
