The location on the main shopping strip of Pisa is great. Easy to get to the station and the tower. When we arrived the receptionist was nice and friendly. We found out we would be staying at another building about 2 minutes away. At first I was a bit worried about this but once getting there it was fine. Clean... More

scent of marijuana in the evening, drunk and noisy friends of manager during the night, so-called clean sheets and blankets, with no color, after being washed dozens of times, dirty kitchen and toilet. One thing that protect this place from God's wrath, is it's position in the historical centre of Pisa.

We chose to stay here as we were in Pisa for one night only. We arrived quite late and as it was nighttime we managed to walk past the inconspicuous door once or twice before finally finding it. If there was a rating for security this place would be 6/5! The reception people were friendly and told us where we... More

Having stayed in a great number of hostels in my time, I would rate this as average. The award behind the reception desk rating the staff the friendliest of year xxxx was clearly slightly out of date. The welcome was slightly standoffish, our double room was a reasonable size and cleanish. The arrangement in the bathroom with the toilet essentially... More

I have to say, in the hole trip this was the worst experience!! When we first arrived at this hostel the receptionist seemed to be drunk and the place was stinking! Then they told us that there was no room left at the hostel and we wold stay at anothe place, they also told us that this other place belong... More

Having stayed in another hostel in Pisa previously I was very pleased with the quality and cleanliness of Walking Street Hostel. I stayed in a 3 bed room (I booked a 4 bed so that was great as I had more space) for 2 nights. The first night I stayed I actually had the dorm all to myself as no... More

Decent location about 10 minutes walk from the central train station, and about 20 minutes from the Leaning Tower. Facilities aren't bad. Prices not exactly cheap. Room was basic but clean. However, there were electrical wires exposed and holes in the wall covered by newspaper taped over them. Overall, I wouldn't be in a rush back, but I wouldn't be... More

I spent two days at the walking street hostel. It is ideally located, only a few minutes away from the main train station, and very close too to the old town and the famous Piazza dei Miracoli. This hostel occupies the 3rd floor of one of the building of one of the main streets of the neighbourhood. The people at... More

The hostel is in a good location very close to the and on the main doing street in pisa! but it seemed to lack any kind of atmosphere or community sense! Everyone was very much to themselves! The staff were friendly and helpful! There was only 3 bathrooms which isn't many when you consider the actual size of the space... More

I traveled to Pisa alone to check the city out and had such an amazing stay. Great staff, met so many new people in the room, comfortable bed...it was a perfect place to stay in Pisa (and a really good price at that)!
