We stayed here for one night as a family of three. Room was OK with a double and single sofa bed and appeared clean though not that well maintained or modern. Breakfast was limited though you do get a real coffee rather than one out of a machine. Location is excellent for the railway station (and the transport to the... More

Do not stay at this hotel if you have any kind of heavy luggage. My sister and I were away for three weeks and so had two large suitcases. We were greeted with a room on the second floor, the very last room in the hotel. There is no lift and so we had to lug our baggage up three... More

Spent 2 nights at the Hotel La Torre last week (April 2016) after a last minute booking as I cancelled elsewhere. I'd been travelling around Italy for a month solo starting and ending in Pisa and didn't want to go back to the B&B I'd stayed in originally. The hotel is in a decent location for the central train station,... More

After arriving Pisa late evening, this hotel was close to airport shuttle bus and railway station. Centrally located for shopping and walking distance to tourist attractions. The first staff was more interested in TV than guests, next one in the morning was very friendly and took care of our luggage when we did Pisa. Cold room, bed ok, bathroom smelled... More

The room was VERY BAD, smelling like a hospital. The breakfast was indeed very good ( and I am quite pretentious ) , the Wifi was working good. The personnel was polite, location quite far from lean tower. Not very bad overall, but wouldn't come again.

We stayed at this hotel for a week early October. We choose a room with a bathroom both rooms were of a medium size but plenty big enough, they were very clean. Breakfast was a little different, quite a bit of cake and packaged items but we soon got used to this and enjoyed it. We found the staff to... More

The worst hotel ever! Don't even think about booking it! Dirty, rooms awful, disgusting breakfest! The worst! In our room we even had mould on the ceiling! Advantage was a parking, service doesn't even try to speak english. I'm REALLY disapointed

This hotel was horrible in every aspect. A man greeted us - had a cigarette in his mouth and the facilities smelled of tobacco. No elevator. Frozen food for breakfast. Although it's not too far from the main activities I had to move out and look for another place to stay. I would give this hotel a one star. And... More

This hotel was our worst hotel in our 8 day trip to Italy. This hotel has got 2 types of rooms. 1 with A/c and 1 without. I had chosen a room with a/c and yet did not get one. When I asked at the reception, the person refused to even see out booking detail and insisted that our room... More
