We had a very large bedroom and adjoining bathroom with a shower. Each room had a different name. Ours backed onto a street that was a bit noisy, but since it was early in the year there were not a lot of tourists there yet. They had a serve yourself breakfast with all the food laid out on a central...

Loved this place, so gorgeous. Fun to stay in a beautifully restored palace! Very helpful staff and we had the whole palazzo to ourselves- so amazing! Treated like royalty. We stayed in Loreley- highly recommended. All the details beautiful, down to the sheets and towel warmers. Lovely period furniture and ceiling frescoes. Couldn't be better for a place to stay...

We discovered this palace thanks to an our friend that spent some nights here during the time of Lucca Comics and Games convention. The first time that we saw this palace we fell in love with it. First of all cos it had an important historical value and me, being an art teacher this thing is always come up at...

We felt very fortunate to stay at the Palazzo Tucci in beautiful Lucca! It was like going back in time! Our accommodation was a lovely sitting room, a large bathroom, a walk-in closet, and a very large bedroom. The furnishings were beautiful! The windows are a wrought iron with glass that crank open and closed. Even though it was hot...

We have just returned from two nights at the Palazzo Tucci. We would recommend this hotel/palace to stay. The hotel offers a parking space behind gates in their garage and organises your permit for entering Lucca. The rooms are extremely spacious, high ceilings big windows and original furniture/curtains. You can go back in time here. The breakfast was perfect. Fresh...

If you have ever wondered what life was like behind all these massive palazzo doors, this is your chance to find out. Much of the original interior has been skilfully retained (think great ceiling / wall painting). With only 6 bedrooms - with all the usual mod cons ( and an abundance of public room space ) this is anything...

This hotel is truly a palace. Our sleeping room was the size of our well-sized living room in Chicago, and our bathroom was the size of our second bedroom and had all sorts of amenities. We also had a separate sitting area, and our friends had a balcony. The breakfast room was reminiscent of Downton Abbey with huge portraits on...

Loved staying here for our second visit to Lucca. The location near the north gate of the city walls was handy for walking on top of the walls; for shopping in the heart of the city and to many good restaurants. This new bed and breakfast was most comfortable with large rooms, high ceilings, a uncrowded common spaces.

Very nice, very small B&B in a former Palace. Like stepping back in time! The rooms are large with very high ceilings, not 40 feet high like an earlier reviewer stated - more like 20! The location is perfect, right in the middle of the old town, you can walk everywhere. Parking is on premises and included in the rate...

This hotel went over the top and topped high expectations all the way! It is probably the most Unique hotel in Europe, and we had a beutiful suite with high ceiling,- just like going back to the 16'th Century in a breathtaking setting. The hotel is in the middle of the old town,- has parking directly on the property. We...
