Single female traveler stayed here in September 2015 for 3 nights. I liked this place, as it was a short walk from the train station, the central market, tons of restaurants, and the center of town. Room was clean and everything worked. Windows that opened for a nice breeze. One thing to note, however, is that there can be street...

Dear Guest, thank you for your review. I am glad that you appreciate the hospitality, the service and the position of the hotel. You know, florentine people are famous along italy for being very noisy and for speaking loud, especially in the evening after some drink. It is part of our culture. As you have said, we have even internal...

We stayed in this hotel during 3 nights. At first when we just arrived we though that the hotel won't be nice at all, it's just a small doors between leather stores, however once you in the hotel is pretty charming. Rooms are very confortable, recall renewed, has a very modern and clean bathroom. A big flat TV (we didn't...

We stayed only a single night in this hotel and found it charming. The hospitality was wonderful, friendly staff, and the room nicely furnished. The hotel offered a free breakfast that was very good. The hotel location was great and we were able to walk everywhere from the hotel around Florence.

Excellent location - very close to the train station and the Duomo. The room was very nice, spacious with a huge window and nice bathroom - and recently re-done. The common areas were under construction on our visit, but the breakfast area was fully functional. One day housekeeping completely skipped us which we thought odd because the next day we...

Dear Guest, Thank you for your pleasant review. All the staff and I are glad for your appreciation. I apologize for the lack of cleaning for one day, maybe there has been a misunderstanding between the staff , I am so sorry about this. The personal is great - very friendly Breakfast is wonderful - homemade cakes However wifi very poor - connection is not stable Cleanliness may be improved - the room wasn't ideally cleaned during the daily room cleaning. Location is just great - overall impression is very good.

Dear Guest, thank you for your review from all the staff. We are glad to know you have spent a pleasant stay here. The cleaning staff have had some problems in cleaning your room because there were a lot of things all around and we cannot, absolutely, touch anything of guest's belongings. The more order we find in the room...

This is a quaint hotel right in the heart of Florence, within a six minute walk from the station and a two minute walk to the Duomo. It is undergoing extensive renovations which will ensure it has a fantastic feel. It has a small lift for one with luggage, servicing three floors. Great breakfast and friendly staff

Rich breakfast, variety of cheeses, good coffee. Best location, in the middle of the old city, close to everything. Small but well orginized room with flat screen tv. there is no parking in the hotel and the parking is very expensive near by.

Dear Guest, thank you for your review. I am glad that you have appreciated our hospitality and service. You know in small city like Florence there are only few spaces to park the car, so they are very expensive, the one we suggest is the cheaper of the area. Best regards, Chiara Front office manager

First impressions, don't be fooled by the exterior as the rooms are very clean and modern. Staff were friendly and helpful and we were so impressed we stayed a second time upon our return to Florence. This is an old building with modern rooms and features. Our group had 4 rooms and everyone praised a quiet sleep. Easy walking distance...

We spent seven nights at Corte dei Medici and are really happy with it. The location is perfect: just opposite Medici Chapels and Sant Lorenzo, 100 meters from the "bazaar" street and Market Hall, 250 meters from Medici Palace and meters from Duomo etc. There is also a nice variety of restaurants and wine houses next door. Our room was...
