the hotel is quite cheap, with a very good continental breakfast, but.........in the morning you will wake up with problems with your backbone, due to very poor quality of the bed. Without mentioning that the heating is done with the air conditioning, very very noisy... in my opinion, to be avoided

despite it being a little bit cold & slightly noisy in the rooms (it was the depth of winter however, and you should always bring earplugs when staying anywhere other than your own home!!!) the staff were great, breakfast was very good, the location was spot on (a very short bus journey into the very centre) it is close to...

The hotel was very comfortable, clean and at a nice location. It was a little more noisy than expected. The overall impression was very good for the price we paid. Quite good breakfast and excellent service from all employees .

Rooms are very basic, with dated furnishings, but very clean with adequate space. One of the rooms was quite a bit larger than the other. Upon arriving we were warmly welcomed...

+ helpful personal + good breakfast (specially good selection of sweets) - noisy - both external (people talking on the pavement under the window) and internally (noice from other rooms and corridor) - unusual hard bed

The hotel is all about simplicity - rooms have the basic necessities, very clean and well-maintained. The staff are accommodating, they will give you the infos you need specially for the first-timers like us. The breakfast is lovely, serving fresh breads and more, enough to fill you for a day of sightseeing! The gentleman in the restaurant is very charming!...

Perfect service, clean rooms, good italian breakfasts, quite easy connection with centre of the city (by bus or by long walking), and very good connection with Toscany - few minutes form airport and motorways, to drive from Firenze to every ponit of country. The only problem is the street noise, but it's the problem of every hotel in the big...
