Our staying in Hotel Annabella was really heartwarming. The staff of the hotel really took good care of us from the beginning. Our room was really tidy and had a great view from the balcony. I sincerely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Florence :)
The staff was very quick and accurate to respond my request. At the occasion of booking i needed some support and the attendant was solicitous, even in other language(english). I strongly recommend this hotel.
This hotel has the potential to be good, the rooms are nice and the location is good but there are faults which resulted in a frustrating stay.
Unhelpful staff - provided minimal advice on things to do in Florence or where to eat.
After reviewing the comments and the pictures, we expected much more. We were not impressed. The location is great, 5 - 10 minute walk from train station and within walking distance to major sight seeing attractions. The service was also excellent.
This hotel is located on a street very close to the east side of the main train station, but surprisingly Via Fiume is rather quiet. We had asked for a quiet room and were given a room that overlooked an interior courtyard. This was not...More
