I stayed at Cavour 10 Florence recently with my boyfriend and we were very very impressed with our accommodation. Brilliant location - close to the Duomo and easy walking to all major attractions. Breakfast each morning was very generous - greeted very warmly each morning by our lovely host. Will definitely be back here, cannot recommend it enough.

My wife and I spent two nights in Florence (Firenze, if you will). Howard spoke little English but just enough to give recommendations and show how nice a host he was. Breakfast was hard to accommodate due to our packed schedule but the fruit juice was delicious as well as the croissants with nutella. The room and bathroom were extremely...

The place is in the heart of Florence - stone's throw away from both the Duomo and the Galleria dell'Academia, as well as the other attractions in the city. Our host, Ms. Lasti, was very warm and friendly and made us feel right at home. She made lovely breakfast and also gave us helpful tips on how to go about...

My boyfriend and I have recently returned from a long weekend at Cavour 10. We found the hotel with ease and the location is fabulous - you can't get more central! We were given the warmest of welcomes and the lady who greeted us took the time to recommend a number of good restaurants in the area. The room let...

Simply put, Walter and his B&B made our trip to Florence unforgettable. After getting a bit lost in heavy nighttime fog with the aid of a Hertz-provided GPS that told us to drive down closed roads, we were already putting Walter a bit out, arriving well after a regular check-in time. To add to the problem, no Cavour signage from...

The location is outstanding, within walking distance of anything you would want to see in this magic museum-city. And the staff are most friendly, which is remarkable in a place like Florence that crawls with tourists. Italians are just friendly people. The rooms themselves are very nicely furnished and the delicious breakfast made with care. However, the staff were nowhere...

It was so hard to chose a hotel in Florence due to the situation/price/facilities etc but we settled on the Cavour 10 B+B due to it being where we wanted plus the rooms looked large and they advertised tea and coffee making facilities in the room. We just like to chill late afternoon with a cuppa before venturing out again...

We were booked into a partner B&B, Soggiorno Panerai, but on arrival the owners, Walter and Albena, told us that they had been trying to contact us to tell us that they were overbooked and had transferred us to Cavour 10. Although the message hadn't been passed on to us, it was no problem at all - Walter and Albena...

My family and I spent a couple of days at this accomodation in August and we left with nothing but an extremely plesant impression. The place is located right in the heart of Florence and all the sights worth visiting are easily approachable within walking distance. August may not be the right time of the year to visit Florence but...

The room was big and lovely, very clean and comfortable. The service and breakfast was fantastic. I will use them again if I'll be in Florence in the future. The B&B was near the Duomo and Ponte Vecchio, everything was a short walking distance.

Breathing the atmosphere of the past with all the modern comforts in the historical centre of Florence, just a few meters away from the Duomo. The mansion is full of history and charme, it belonged from the early XXth century to the actor Franco Scandurra.
