Stayed in 10/2016. Had an amazing time there. The room felt like home, so cozy and decorated with owner's own paintings. Breakfast was amazing. We didn't even ate lunch after because we were so full and happy. View of courtyard was nice. Peaceful. Would stay here again if I go back to florence.

Close to train station and walking distance to the tourist...
