Very convenient location close to the train station and all major attractions. Great service and breakfast. Rooms are clean , beds very comfortable. There's a grocery store nearby and Burger King as well.

Lovely little hotel. Good breakfast. Clean and comfortable rooms. Within walking distance of Il Duomo and Ponte Vicchio bridge. Free WiFi available. Friendly service. Reasonable price. Only problem may be the flights of stairs to access it.

Dear RoseMc, thank you for the beautiful words that you spent to Emma Hotel. Sorry for the problem of the stairs, but the old building in which is located our hotel, does not allow us the time to design an elevator. You have surely observed that it is still a stair lift to the first floor. We look forward to... More

Everything was good here. Quiet area, friendly and attentive gentlemen at the front desk, breakfast bar, outdoor terrace. This hotel is away from the city center, which was not good. But we like to walk so it was maybe 20 minutes walking distance from the center. Short taxi ride. The area itself was not bad. Quiet. Shopping and dining options... More

Room was comfortable and we had our own bathroom. On an upper floor - no elevator. Staff (especially Jean Pierre) was FANTASTIC! Good wifi, great continental breakfast - bread, jam, spread, croissants, yogurt, etc.

We had booked 2 nights for the Hotel Emma in the Fall of 2015. The hotel was simply too far from the centre of Florence and what we were offered was a dirty dark room at the end of the dark hall. We tried to get a refund, but the manager was rude and was not willing to refund us... More

I stayed here for two nights. Good wifi, Clean room, although I thought the bed was bit too hard. The staff was friendly and courteous. Ok hotel, although I felt this was too far to walk into the main centre, approx. 30 minutes, and the streets are quiet confusing. The outdoor terrace was rather dirty. Very kind management, very helpful e.g. in case of health problems: The hotel manager went to a doctor with me in order to get an appointment and to translate. Good breakfast. Bus stop in front of the house. Very friendly and helpful, proper - very good price/performance ratio. English speaking.
