We stayed in apartment 4 which is on two levels at the front of the building. On the lower level is the kitchen / dining area which also has a sofa bed positioned opposite a wall-mounted flatscreen TV. There is also the first of the two bathrooms: this one with a bath. Everything was clean and modern. The kitchen had...

Great place to stay when visiting Florence - only a few blocks from the Duomo and the Ponte Vecchio, yet away from the touristy part of town. It's in Oltrarno, Florence's Left Bank, where real people live and work. Lots of little stores and workshops, trattorias and cafes. The suites are immaculate, spacious and newly renovated with everything you need...

Third time traveling to Florence. First time staying at this property Good points first: 1. Great rooms, spacious and big. Being able to cook helps alot. 2. Great location. 3. Check-in staff are lovely and always smile and greet you. Bad points: 1. Without going to much into it, ensure you use the safe in the apartment otherwise your items...

Our stay was comfortable, and it gave us the opportunity to live in an apartment in Florence. However it is important to remember some restrictions/inconveniences compared to a hotel namely: a) there is no 24/7 reception/concierge and hence if there is an emergency/request you are by yourself, after hours b) you enter the suite after hours by entering a code...

Everything about this property, from the care of the reception staff to the cool, light, modern Italian design aesthetic was faultless. The building feels safe and secure. The room was spotless and everything worked. It was also comfortable and spacious with a lovely view of the gardens of the Palazzo Frescobaldi and the Basilica of Santo Spirito from my two...

This Appart-hotel has been installed in a 16th century palace with high ceilings and exposed wooden beams. There are decorative stones around the doors. Nice decor, still the look and furniture are modern Italian style. Very nice apartment with a bedroom, two bathrooms, a kitchen and living-room. There is also a hide-a-bed so up to four people can stay. The kitchen...

We were so impressed with our accommodation, it was exceptionally spacious, spotlessly clean and really easy to find. It was well located, at the end of the street a left took you to the ponte Santa trinita and the right took you to ponte Vecchio. Really wonderful apartments and very helpful staff.

We stayed here for a few nights and had a great time. The rooms are spacious and come at a great price which is rare for most European hotels we have stayed in. The staff was VERY welcoming and friendly. They helped us with suggestions and restaurant reservations. The location is perfect and I highly suggest exploring the neighborhood surrounding...

We were a bit apprehensive about the place so before booking I called them and the response was so warm and friendly that I booked it right away. They followed up with emails to enquire what all we'll be needing. To sum it up a GREAT place to stay with and EXCELLENT staff. Highly recommended.
