Room is spacious and clean, shower is very small but no complains. Note that the place is a few bus stops away from the Santa Maria Novella station, you may get a little lost at first but owner provided clear instructions so once you have gotten the hang of how to commute by bus, it is very convenient and quick...

Three of us paid 86 euros per person and we got quite a big room, with wifi, breakfast, comfortable and warm room. The owner is nice enough to give us an extra small heater to place beside our beds cuz it was really cold these few days. They're really helpful and nice. The location is a little bit far from...

My husband and I stayed here the end of Sept for 3 nights. When we first arrived and walked 10 minutes from the train station we started questioning ourselves on the choice we had made at staying here. At first, the neighborhood does not look very appealing. When we got to Soggiorno there was a sign saying to call. We...

We stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. The accommodation is basic, but clean, good value and walking distance from the train station to get anywhere you want to go.The owner was full of information about Florence, showing us maps of places we wanted to visit, restaurants he recommended, he was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable which we...

I write this review with mixed emotions as I thought the Uncle and Nephew which seem to own the Hotel are extremely pleasant and helpful at all times and the room, although being basic, was very clean and had all you would need. I am afraid that is where my plus points end. The Hotel is right on the corner...

Me and my partner stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and thought it was excellent. The owners were very friendly and the hotel had everything you could ask for, it was more than you would expect for the price paid. The hotel amenities that even huge chains don't such as free bottle of water. The walk from the centre...

Conviently located to the train station (a 10-15 minute stroll) and to the sites you'll want to visit and well within budget, this B&B's best feature is its sympathetic, competent and well informed staff. Our room was comfortable and inviting, the bath spacious and spotless and the linens (sheets and towels) amazing. Breakfast is both tasty and portable, a plus...

My friend and I stayed in this B&B as one of our first stops during the travel through Tuscany. It was perfect for exploring Florence and places nearby: a walking distance to the main train station as well as walking distance to the absolutely spellbinding historic centre of this beautiful city. Francesco - the owner and manager is a very...

Arrived in hotel slightly earlier than expected but the friendly gentleman at reception allowed us to check in early and have our room with no quibbles which was a nice touch. When we arrived at our room we found the room a reasonable size, with a very clean bathroom. We received our breakfast in our rooms everyday which was small,...

This is a comfortable and cosy place. It gives you a sense of being out of the hustle and bustle but there is one constant reminder and that is the traffic noise outside. It is rather loud but nothing a set of earplugs for a light sleeper like myself can't sort out. The room we stayed in (no.1) was large....

“As has already been mentioned, there is a good deal of traffic noise. I recommend using ear-plugs if you are a light sleeper. Can't remember our room number, but it was directly across from the office and main entry door.”
