Hotel was quite far from everything, but only 5 minute trip by train. There were trains going to the centre all the time. Air conditioning could have been better since it was boiling hot at the time of my stay. Hotel is cheap, so you get what you pay for, not a luxury hotel. Overall, my stay at cinzia was... More

This is actually an appartment building 1st floor turned into a family-run hotel. The location is OK if you travel by car, because free parking is possible in the alley in front of the hotel. Also, train station is app. 5 minutes walk away and the train take you to the main station in the city center. (Ticket costs 1,5... More

for the money we paid we got great hospitality! the best customer service so far, very nice and kind stuff, they speak english! Room was perfectly clean, we had a nice balcony. Car park is on a safe road and it's free. City centre is about 10minutes walk to the train station and one stop with the train.

Very good hotel. More similar to a pension that a hotel for her friendly owner. The woman is very sympathetic and helpfull. It´s in a quiet suburb of the city. It isn´t in the center. Good choice. Highly recommended.

We spent 3 days in this hotel in late September. The woman at the reception (we think that she is the owner) is VERY friendly! We felt really welcome in this hotel. She was always available for anything we needed... Gave us a touristic map of Florence, explaining everything. So, 10+ for the staff. The hotel is one train-stop from... More

We aren't used to staying in one star hotels, but this hotel treats its guests much better than most three star hotels that we've been in. It is extremely clean, and the couple who manage the hotel are delightful. Violetta speaks several languages. and we didn't have any trouble communicating with her in English. The hotel is a 20 minute... More

We (my Mom and I) stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and it was so clean and felt like a home away from home. The staff was so nice and helpful. The rooms were very large and (although there were only 6 rooms and 3 bathrooms) everything was clean and well kept. We felt positively a welcoming environment, and... More
